1 Team Arctic Contingency Program Certain restrictions apply, affiliates must be in good standings with I.S.R. All race associations that are apart of the Team Arctic contingency program must have race results into the Arctic Cat Race Dept. via to by Sunday evening following the race or no later than Monday morning 8:00 a.m. central time. The race department will be monitoring this and it will have a reflection on next years contingency program. Race associations must submit weekly race results and year end high points championships no later than 10 days after each event. Year End Points Championships must be submitted not later than 10 days after race season has been completed. Any results that are received after the 10 day period will be sent back and not paid out. Arctic Cat will not pay out contingency after March 31, 2006, unless the race associations have scheduled events after March 31, To qualify for Team Arctic s contingency program there must be a minimum of 8 entries per class. Team Arctic racing is also requiring each race association to submit the top 10 in each class when submitting race results. Team Arctic s contingency is for Sunday wins only. Team Arctic will also not pay double race day contingency (example: If you have to cancel/postpone a race one weekend and schedule it to run in conjunction with another race, we will only pay the originally scheduled event). Arctic Cat Race Department has the right to make changes to this program at any time.
