MILLER: NCAA ALL-TIME GREAT Cassie Miller posted an impressive 2016 campaign as the FSU goalkeeper, ending the season ranked in the top 20 in the nation in four different categories - goals against average ( fourth), shutouts (13 - fifth), save percentage ( th) and minutes played (2032:51-20th). It was just one part of an amazing career for Miller as she set the NCAA record for shutouts with 19 in 2014 and finished that season with a 0.34 goals against average. So far in 2017, Miller has allowed just one goal and posted a shutout against UNC Greensboro on August 18. The redshirt senior now has 41 career shutouts, which ranks in a tie for 11th in NCAA history. Her career goals against average of 0.45 would rank seventh all-time, but trails only Katelyn Rowland of UCLA (0.40) among goalkeepers that have over 6,000 minutes played.
