2 Rules Any rule or situation not explained here will default to a judgment call to be made by supervisors/referees. These calls will be made at the discretion of the head supervisor/referee. Their call is final and cannot be disputed. The Playing Area Games will be played at the City of Cheyenne Ice & Events Center, 1530 W. Lincolnway. Playing area will be the same dimensions as a standard volleyball court, 60 x 30, and will be contained to the Bubble Soccer Inflatable Arena. Equipment Cheyenne Parks & Recreation Department will provide game equipment. This will consist of a Size 5 soccer ball, participant bubbles and inflatable arena. It is suggested that knee pads are worn as your knees may get torn up during the tournament. Supervisors/Referees Games will be officiated by a supervisor/referee who will be scheduled and provided by the Cheyenne Parks & Recreation Department. Only a team representative may dispute a call with the supervisor/referee. The supervisor/referee has jurisdiction over the play and may penalize a player, including game ejection, for unsportsmanlike conduct. Ejected players may not return to the game and will be asked to leave the premises. Participants All players must be 16 years of age or older. Players may only play on a team on which they are registered. A registered player may only play on one team. Teams Each team must consist of a minimum of three (3) players and no more than five (5) players. A team may not play more than three (3) players at a time. Every player present is required to be on the roster. Every player present is required to play at least one (1) half. If a team cannot play at least two (2) players, they automatically forfeit. Regulation Game The object of the game is to have more goals at the end of regulation, than the other team. A game will consist of two eight (8) minute halves, with a four (4) minute halftime. If the game is tied at the end of regulation, sudden-death overtime will commence. Each team will receive one (1) 60-second timeout per half. o During timeouts, teams may substitute players. Substitutes may be players who did not start the game or players who wish to re-enter from a previous substitution. o No timeouts are permitted during sudden-death overtime. Beginning the Game Prior to beginning a game, a single soccer ball will be placed at the center of the arena. Players must position themselves so that they are touching their own end line. Following a signal by the official, players may approach the center to retrieve the ball. Sportsmanship Players may make contact with any and all players during game play, but please keep it in a controlled manner and do not go over-the-line. Any talk that is cruel, racially motivated, hateful, or a personal attack on another player is not allowed. Threats of physical violence are in no way allowed. Due to Cheyenne regulations, consumption of alcohol and/or drugs on City property is strictly prohibited. If a person is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, that person s team immediately forfeits the game.

Registration form and liability forms can be mailed or dropped off at the Neighborhood Facility, 610 W 7 th St, or the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center, 1530 W. Lincolnway. Registration deadline is June 7 th before 5:00pm. The event begins at 10:00am on June 10 th. Please arrive early for check-in. All information needs to be filled out. If any information is left out, registration will be returned.
