21 Competitions Working Group The FSR will form a working group composed of players, club presidents, coaches, administrators, and Central Committee members, to rethink the LNA Calendar, and find sensible solutions to incorporate the championship, plaoffs, cup, and 7s. A suggested solution will be presented before the next Delegates Assembly Notes: an will be sent to the clubs to ask for nominations of good candidates to include in such a working group. The working group will have no decision power, and will only propose solutions. As always, the decision on playing format will be made by the Delegates Assembly. 30 Discipline Organisation and Jurisdiction The Disciplinary Commission (CD) is compsed of a president and a representative of each FSR Region. The CD makes its decisions based on official match reports, the competition regulations, and any precedents concerning the player or the club. If the envisioned sanctions are more serious, it may ask for further information and consultation, including from the regions.
