SEAMLESS VULCANIZED CONSTRUCTION It is a prefabricated synthetic rubber track surface, composed of two different layers vulcanized together. The formulation of the top layer is different from that of the bottom layer. The vulcanization process guarantees molecular bond between the two layers.
