There is simply nothing like it. NEW to this SEASON FOR ALL HOME MEETS - WE HAVE RENTED THE ENTIRE DOME A SOCCER FREE ZONE!! JUST THE PURE SPORT = TRACK & FIELD Meet Entry Info: The Entry Process: Teams, groups or individuals enter on the day of the competition. ALL Entries must be completed by 11:30 am. Registration opens at 9:30 am at the Dome. Ability Levels: Foot Wear: Meet Entry is OPEN (all ages and ability levels). Track events are grouped by ability levels. Track events are conducted with the FASTEST seeded sections going first! (faster to slower) Track spikes are limited to 5MM Length spikes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Entry Fees: $10 per person per event or to a Club / Team to a max of $400. We strongly encourage groups with 20 or more athletes entering to contact us in advance (at least 2 days prior to a meet) for a more organized pre-entry format to help you avoid line-ups. This will make your entries very simple on the day. A final adjustment of any added or scratched entries can be made on arrival on meet day. All relay events are free entry. When you use the advanced entry process all fees must be paid in full by a coach or parent on arrival for entire group. Entries made after 12:00 Noon on the day of the meet will be accepted with a late entry fee penalty of $15 per event for all Athletes Ottawa Lions Athletes Entry Fee: $10.00 buys you up to 2 events / Relays are FREE

2 Meet Information Super Saturday, December 19 th Home for the Holidays Meet Registration 9:30 am to 11:30 am ARRIVE EARLY The Entry for 4x100m, 1000m, 60m, CLOSES AT 11:00 AM Large groups / clubs / teams should contact us to enter in advance to avoid line-ups (+15 athletes). All entries made after 12 noon will be subject to a late penalty of $15 per event. 11:30 am Start on the track events begin, race times on the track may start up to 30 minutes ahead of the estimated times. Listen for announcements and be prepared. 11:30 am Start - field events will NOT start ahead of time. Male & Female athletes are combined unless otherwise indicated. Field 11:30 High Jump Low Start Group m Opening Height for Males & Females. The bar 1.70 unless permission to continue is issued. The Bar advances by 5cm increments.(+1.55 Jumpers are advised to enter the High Jump High Bar Event) 11:30 Shot Put M & F combined - 4 throw maximum if a large entry...otherwise 6 throws are awarded to all. Event Entries will determine throwing flights / sections if required. Weight Throw will follow Shot Put. 12:30 Long Jump followed by Triple Jump - 4 jump maximum. Triple Jump will follow the conclusion of Long Jump 4 jump maximum 2:00 High Jump High Start Group m - Opening Height for Males / Females. The bar advances by 5cm increments.
