Ownership stakes in our yachts are available in 20% increments. Each 20% position entitles the owner up to six weeks of use per year. You are free to schedule your time throughout the year. In addition to cost savings, assumes all of the time consuming chores associated with yacht ownership. Our fractional programs include all of the desirable aspects of yacht ownership without any of the bothersome duties normally dealt with by individual owners. The Complete Experience, a Fraction of the Cost The pricing model is designed to be cost effective and simple. Modeled after the highly successful Fractional Jet Ownership Program, we package all of your costs into three categories. Capital Cost This covers the acquisition of your ownership stake in the yacht. After five years, the vessel is sold and you receive your share of the residual value. Monthly Maintenance Fee This covers all ongoing costs associated with maintaining the yacht and its crew. Variable Costs You are simply responsible for items like fuel and transient dockage while using the vessel.

A professional yacht management company will oversee the daily operation of the vessel, hire and support the crew, arrange maintenance and manage the finances of the yacht. How do I schedule time aboard my yacht? You simply give us a call up to four months in advance to book your time. Can I book a trip further out than four months? Yes, you can book a single trip up to a year in advance if you have a specific or special occasion you would like to use your yacht. If I cannot use my time due to my busy schedule, may I give it away or charter the yacht? The yacht is intended for the use of its owners, family, guests and friends. You may give your time away but may not charter or sell your time. How long or short of a trip may I take? Depending on the schedule, you may schedule the yacht to use for as little or as much time as you like at the time. Can I sell my share or trade it in before the five years is up? Yes, you may sell your share at anytime. You can also move up to another yacht in our fractional program. What are some of the ports my yacht will travel to throughout the year?
