CE-certification: HOC Yachts are built in accordance with the European CE certification and meets the CE Directive 2003/44/EG Category B Offshore for recreational vessels. The yachts are certified using CE-Proof as consultants.

3 HULL The hull is produced using vacuum infusion with Vinylester resin. The sandwich laminate is composed of biaxial and axial E-glass fabrics in combination with Airex closed cell foam core. High strength beams with unidirectional E-glass forms the framework, absorbing the loads on the hull. The beams have been filled with a noise reducing material to absorb structurally transmitted sound. The laminate is solid around through hull fittings. The sandwich consists of 20 mm Airex 90 kg/m2. Before being lifted out of the mold the framework and main bulkheads are installed. The hull sides are standard with white Gelcoat and as an option can be treated with epoxy primer and painted with a white polyurethane topcoat. Custom colors are also available as an option. The bottom treatment is optional and consists of two layers of epoxy primer and two layers of antifouling. The windows in the hull are fixed in place using marine adhesive. DECK The deck is made using vacuum infusion with Vinylester resin. The fiberglass sandwich construction has 25 mm Airex 75 kg/m2 and a white Gelcoat surface. The deck is bonded to the hull and painted with light grey polyurethane anti-slip on deck - also available in different colors as an option. Another possibility for the deck is Estech composite decking material. The anchor locker integrated with the HOC boarding ladder in the bow. An HOC bathing ladder is installed on the aft platform with a handle for ease of use. There is an aluminum deck railing that can also be used as a fender holder during mooring and docking maneuvers. Six stainless mooring cleats. The windows are constructed from tempered glass and fixed in position. Flush mounted, opening, low profile hatches are installed in the fore-cabin roof with ocean air curtains. Courtesy lights are installed all around the deck and bathing platform. Optional underwater lights that illuminate the water under the bathing platform are also available. -Cockpit In the cockpit, there is comfortable sofas either side of a central walkway. The port sofa is straight and has open storage. The starboard sofa is L-shaped and has integrated storage underneath. In the forward part, there is access to the onboard electronics installation space through an inspection hatch. On the starboard side, there is a removable table. The starboard sofa can convert into a full-size sunbed by folding the helm station seatbacks forward and removing the sofa backrest cushions. The aft sofa area can also be transformed into a large sun lounge. There are two standard fabric color choices, with more colors available as an option. There are led courtesy lights around the cockpit. -Storage Lockers On the foredeck, there is a drained storage locker with a flush hatch supported by a gas spring. The locker houses a foldaway boarding ladder. It is also possible to store all fenders and mooring lines in this locker. In the cockpit, there are two large storage compartments, accessible by hatches integrated into the cockpit benches. One on either side, both supported by gas springs. The starboard compartment has a deep area for large items and a separate space to store engine supplies. The port compartment is one level and shallower for easy access. The cockpit floor acts as a big hatch, exposing the engine compartment when lifted. It has an electronically controlled lifting mechanism. All three cockpit hatches have automatic lights that operate when open. On the aft platform, there are two lockers, one on each side. The port locker houses two gas bottles (2kg) and the starboard locker has room for the combined cockpit shower and deck wash system (added option), the shore-power connection and the windlass fairlead.

4 INTERIOR The interior is finished with HOC grey painted panels and light fabric covered panels. Structural materials have been optimized using lightweight Artboard sandwich construction. -Forward Cabin The cabin has a large double v-berth, 2.10m long and 1.90m wide at its aft end. The mattress is composed of different layers to ensure superior comfort combined with ventilation while remaining lightweight. The berth is lined with comfortable cushions making it double as a large lounge area as well. Next to the bed is a comfortable seat. There is a large storage area accessed by lifting the mattress. Here is also the access point to the bow thruster installation. To port, when entering the cabin, there is a large wardrobe. The wardrobe door can be opened and connected with a door hidden in the wall opposite to give privacy in the cabin. In the cabin roof, there is an opening hatch with integrated sunshade and mosquito net. -Steering console The steering console is located in the pilothouse on the starboard side. The console includes steering wheel with integrated buttons, throttle control, engine start and navigational equipment. The console is painted with suede paint in dark grey for minimal of reflective glare. It is from here that the boat is controlled with all instruments and buttons in the HOC Infotainment system. -Galley The galley is placed forward of the port sofa and has a two burner hob unit under a lifting glass lid, combined with a stainless sink. A system of drawers and lockers provide dedicated storage for cooking and dining equipment, as well as a large waste bin and cleaning appliances in a separate compartment. A 30-liter domestic fridge is integrated into the galley installation. -Head The head is placed to starboard when entering the cabin. It is a large space with tile impressions on the walls and a big mirror above the sink. There is a lot of natural light from the hull window. The entire structure is part of the inner liner, which makes it water tight and light weight. There is a locker underneath the sink, though which there is also access to the water pump and water freshener for the toilet. The water tap can be pulled out to act as a shower, and the whole compartment drains through an outlet hidden under a hatch in the floor. The toilet is electrical, extremely efficient and quiet. There is forced ventilation through a duct in the window frame. -Optional Heater A diesel heater with hot air outlets in each cabin and the head including remote start function comes as an option. -Electrical system Consists of a complete can-bus system that controls all electronics on board with digital switching. It has a remote function on all switches for easy use.

5 --Navigational Equipment A compass is mounted as standard. 29" screen for navigation and a 10" touchpad for controlling the HOC Infotainment system and navigation. Sea Pilot navigation system, includes depth sounder, 10Hz GPS compass, interior air temperature and water temperature. Wifi network and 4G,3G,2G router with two SIM-card readers for the internet and remote access. Optional: HOC hydraulic autopilot, (HOC DSC-VHF, GPS black box), HOC AIS class B. -Entertainment HOC Basic comes with 2 speakers in the cockpit. For the optimum music experience, there is the HOC Music package as an option. HOC music consists of 6 Sonance speakers placed strategically in the cabin and cockpit. -Batteries High-performance batteries - Engine: 1x70 Ah, Heavy Load: 1x100 Ah (lead), Service: 1x200 Ah (lithium). Shore power with 230V outlet, inverter, zinc saver and cable. Sterling battery power optimizer. Battery monitoring with a remote connection. -Navigation lights Starboard and port bow LED lights mounted in the deck. The running/anchor LED light and steaming lights are located in a detachable mast. PLUMBING The freshwater system consists of a freshwater tank with a pressurized system. There are water mixers in the galley and in the head for hot (when the optional warm water boiler is ordered) and cold water. A shower is installed in the head and aft platform when the optional warm water boiler is ordered. Electrical bilge pump with automatic sensor, pumps the galley and head grey water to the through hull fitting in the stern. Pumps - High quality, reliable Whale IC. -Tanks The fuel tank is aluminum, approx. 380 liters and found under the cabin floor The water tank is plastic, approx. 100 liters and located on the port side The holding tank is plastic, approx. 100 liters and located on the starboard side Optional water heater approx. 16 liters placed in the engine compartment. -Bilge pumps The bilge of the boat is divided into two separate areas. The living area and the engine room. In each area, there are two separate bilge pump systems available with an electrical Whale IC pump in each compartment. A manual bilge pump is accessed on the aft platform through the starboard hatch and is connected to the engine bilge area. ENGINE Volvo Penta D6-400hp diesel engine with freshwater cooling, DPH drive Alternator 12V / 115A. Battery separator in the electrical system. Fuel filter with water separator. Filter for the seawater cooling system. The engine room is insulated for noise and ventilated through the hull sides. The engine control lever is placed in the steering console where there is also an RPM meter and the acoustic alarm for oil pressure and cooling water temperature. SeaFire fire extinguisher.

6 EXTERNAL SYSTEMS The HOC 33P Cruiser is delivered as standard with Volvo Penta auto-trim & speed control and Humphree Interceptor auto-list to provide the best possible ride as standard to all HOCs. As an option Humphree Interceptor Active Stabilisation system can also be included. -Thrusters Quick speed bow thruster is included with the standard package and a stern thruster with easy docking function can be added as an optional extra. -OTHER STANDARD EQUIPMENT 6 x HOC Fenders, a 10kg Bruce style anchor, 40m anchor line. 4 x Mooring lines. 2kg dry powder fire extinguishers and a boathook.
