12 The Marine line The collection of cushion fabrics revisits the sailor stripe and weaves a new design for outfitting sailboats and yachts. Placed alongside orange, various shades of blue reveal a new brilliance. In a subtle fusion with greys, they trace a pattern reminiscent of haute couture designs SUNBRELLA - CUSHIONS These fabrics receive a treatment with Cleangard, which is formulated with nanomolecules of fluorine. This treatment safeguards them against the effects of saltwater, increases beading and gives the canvas unparalleled resistance against stains and grease. Cleangard fabrics do not contain any substances considered to pose a risk for health, the skin or the environment. 14 The sweet life on the open sea Woven from solution-dyed acrylic, the luxurious Sunbrella Terry fabric combines unique texture, elasticity and performance characteristics. 1 SUNBRELLA TERRY Sunbrella Terry is a line catering to the specific needs of boat owners who must cover their leather or leatherette seats with cotton to protect their skin from the heat. Unlike most cotton fabrics that do not withstand the wear and tear of repeated machine washing and extended exposure to UV rays very well the new Sunbrella Terry fabric guarantees longlasting colourfastness and UV protection as well as effective resistance to mould and the rigours of a marine environment (salt water in particular) thanks to the solution-dyed fibres used in its unique weave.
