From hull lamination to final delivery, our yachts cover a distance of more than six kilometres along various assembly stations. About 1,600 sailing and motor yachts leave the shipyard year after year. In order to ensure the high quality and superior value of our yachts, we work with cutting edge 3-D design software, precision CNC machines and robots, air-conditioned laminating rooms, and automated paint shops with UV drying and laser technology. In our own test centre, we perform stringent machine, stability, heeling and other tests all of which are monitored and documented by our in-house quality management.

An easily accessible, large dinghy garage is built in to this capacious yacht and has been designed to stow an inflatable tender with outboard engine quickly and safely in any weather conditions. The result is the CRUISER 40 S an agile sailing yacht combining comfort and true racer genes. It has a deeper keel, a larger sail plan with performance mast and boom, performance fittings, carbon spinnaker boom, composite wheels, jumbo displays at the mast and many other extras which are indispensable for ambitious sailors. The CRUISER 40 S is the official yacht of the Match Race Germany. In this classic, the best match racers in the world compete for the German Grand Prix, collecting valuable points for the World Match Racing Tour.
