Gordon Harold Tel Recent History On completion of a major refit in 2003/4 at Jeremy Roger s Yard, Milady Clarik came out with most of the latest design features available in new-builds. Apart from the hull, little was retained from the original 1981 built yacht and equipment. 2 2 1) Hull - GRP epoxy treated (1992) - Painted Topsides Dark Blue (Awlgrip) - Deck, cockpit and coachroof pale blue (repainted 2015). 2) Mast and Rigging - Selden keel stepped mast - Selden rodkicker gas filled (both new 2004) - Masthead fittings including nav lights, vhf antenna, hawk and windspeed transducer. - Standing rigging (New 2004) (Lowers renewed 2013). - Furlex single line roller reefing. - Spinnaker pole secured to deck. - Jockey pole. - Furndell Blipper radar reflector. - Raymarine radar scanner. - Lazyjacks. - Ratchet back stay adjuster. - Sleeve type sail cover.

3 3 3) Engine - Beta BD722 three cylinder diesel (1998) - Engine mounts renewed Alternator - 45 Amp unit changed for 65 Amp and v belt changed for multigroove belt in Indirect cooling system provides pressurised hot water. - New Vetus exhaust system and high exhaust temperature alarm system fitted Volvo non-drip stern gland fitted Engine access greatly improved as part of the 2003/4 refit. - 55litre stainless steel diesel tank in portside cockpit locker. 4) Sails - Sanders cruising sails with loose footed main and furling genoa with UV strip. (new 2009) - Sanders racing sails - Sanders Spinnaker - Trisail storm sail. (All sails in good condition)

4 4 5) Electrics - Complete rewire & new 12v dc and Shorepower control panels (2004 refit) - Batteries 2 x 105 Amp hr (Domestic & instruments) 1 x 80 Amp hr (engine start) v Battery charger (Dolphin) - RCCDs on 240v shorepower supply. - Isotherm Fridge. - Double 240v socket outlet from Shorepower. - Immersion heater in calorifier - Eberspacher warm air cabin heater. - Inverter for 240 v supply. 7) Nav. Station - Furono GPS and Navtex - Simrad DSC Radio - Raymarine radar and chartplotter with C80 display - Handheld vhf (Silva) - Autohelm ST Four Raymarine ST60 range instruments and GPS antenna mounted on console above companionway. - Chart table light fitting. - 12v socket.

(new 2004). - Lewmar mainsheet traveller. - Twin Plastimo bulkhead mounted compasses. - Sprayhood (CJ Marine). - Portside locker and stern locker. - Manual bilge pump and shorepower input socket. - Power socket for Autohelm. - 2 bottle vented gas locker. (Gas system upgraded to current standards 2015). - Pushpit with 2 horseshoe lifebuoys. - Teak cockpit grating. - Removable cockpit cushions.(note some of the above not shown in photo.) ============================= - Perspex sliding main hatch above companionway. - Gebo hartches for main saloon and forepeak. - Cradle for liferaft. - P and S Cleats fore, aft and centre. - Deck paint Awlgrip with antislip finish on sidedecks and coachroof. (repainted 2015). ============================= - Anchor locker with 25 lb CQR anchor, chain and 30m warp. - Lewmar anchor windlass (manual). - Twin bow rollers (Spare CQR anchor and warp stored below deck).

6 6 9) Interior - Cloth fabric is used for the main saloon berths and matching vinyl for the quarter berth and forepeak berths. - All berths have lockers below and there are lockers and bookshelves on both sides. - There is a wet locker opposite the heads. - The cabin sole is teak with holly strips. - The teak table has folding leaves and centre storage. - Lee cloths for starboard saloon berth. - Window and hatch blinds fitted throughout. ===================================== - Heads fitted with a Jabsco sea toilet, sliding washbasin and cupboard above. - Separate fold-down seat above toilet. - Hot and cold water provided for the washbasin. - Sliding door between saloon and Heads and hinged door from Heads into forepeak. ===================================== - Galley with gimballed Plastimo Neptune 2000 Gas Cooker. - Stainless steel double sink - Pressurised water system with separate tap via Ultrafine water purifier for drinking water - Main water tank stainless steel above keel with reserve tank in bow. - Hot water from 35 litre engine fed calorifier and shorepower Immersion heater. - Isotherm fridge and ice box. - Locker storage for crockery etc.

7 7 10) Safety Equipment Forties 4 man liferaft in canister (full service in 2015). White hand held flares. Four lifejackets automatic with safety lines. Two handheld dry powder fire extinguishers (new 2015). One automatic fire extinguisher in engine compartment (new 2015) Saloon smoke alarm. Gas detector and alarm below cooker. Two horseshoe lifebuoys for pushpit mounting. Boarding ladder. MOB recovery equipment. Jackstays. Emergency (portable) Whale pump. 11) Other Avon three person inflatable dinghy Footpump, oars and outboard bracket for above. Bespoke deck and cockpit cover in weathermax material. (new 2015). Mooring lines and other ropes. Six fenders Shorepower cables and connectors.
