(ONGC), a premier National Oil Company having Maharatna status under Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt. of India, and as an operator of the NELP Block CY-ONN-2004/2, located about 85 Kms from Karaikal, U.T. of Puducherry (near to Gangaikonda CholaPuram, TamilNadu) with coordinates Latitude: 11º N and Longitude: 79º E invites EOI from interested gas consumers for Demand Assessment of natural gas available on fall back basis as per indicative details in the table below: Sl. The customer shall make required arrangement including pipeline, compression, etc. to evacuate gas from custody transfer point to their respective plants/units at their own costs and risks. 2. Please note that the allocation of domestic gas is in the domain of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOP&NG) only and the details requested here are for demand assessment from prospective customers, evacuation logistics (existing/proposed), lead time, etc. 3. Interested parties may include documents in support of their furnished information. 4. Submitting EOI and providing details will not give any prescriptive right to the participant for the allocation of gas. 5. This EOI is not an invitation for bids for allocation or use of gas. 6. ONGC, as an operator of the NELP Block CY-ONN-2004/2 reserves the right to accept or reject the EOI and no communication in this regard shall be entertained from the entity/party. 7.
