You will also agree that firms having good expience (and NOT firms with financial stability as p turnov critia) in handling the product tended for, will be in bett position to provide prompt support with solution, in case(s) of breakdown & especially when it is LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT like VENTILATORS.

11 Specifications Quy Raised by 33 In fact, we humbly request to know how & about the guideline(s)/circular(s)/ govnment rule(s) if any, by the virtue which, this prequalification crition of turnov has been incorporated. As this is not a part of the DMER tend as well E-193 Ventilator We suggest as manufacturs are also integral part of this contract, then why not, their turnov be consided. Please advise. we suggest that the delivy piod be extended up to 90 days from the date of receipt of supply ord, especially for imported equipment, same as is for the DMER tend tms.

CMC be revised to 10%, plus taxes as applicable of the orded value of the equipment. Especially since these rates have been stagnant ov more than a decade. This will assist in bett aft sales svice support. Please opine.
