The Master Policy may be inspected on the NAUI Worldwide website at Please read and review the Master Policy carefully for a full description of its terms and conditions. Only instructors and/or Divemasters and/or other categories endorsed and named on the Certificate will be included, but only while working for and on behalf of the Specified Business Group Member. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation of this certificate, the company will endeavor to mail 45 days written notice of cancellation to CERTIFICATE HOLDER and/or ADDITIONAL NAMED INSURED, but failure to mail such notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon the companies, its agents or representatives.
