Why do I need back jets? R. One of the most common complaints is back pain. Without back jets in a whirlpool system, the system can provide very little relief for this problem. Q. What can go wrong? R. Very little: there are no moving parts in the system other than the pump. The quoted failure rate on pumps is 1 in (0.1%) Q. What guarantee do I have?
