The victim 61 year old man had been out checking the levels on surrounding ponds when he did not return. The autopsy indicated that he had a heart attack and drowned in one of the ponds. Victim jumped into water from dock with another friend to swim and swift current immediately caught them and they were being pulled downstream. A 16 y/o mail ran down the shoreline and rescued this victim. The child's mother performed CPR after she nearly drowned in the home bath tub. She was revived and transported to the hospital. Victim had been hiking with a friend and decided to cool off in the river. He got too far out into the water, which was running high. The victim drowned He was found 35 minutes later in 5 feet of water just downstream from where he was last seen. Lack of supervision Swift water 9 mph with water temperature of 50 deg Chelan 2 Columbia river near Wenatchee Riverfront Park (Linden Tree) Chelan 2 Wenatchee River Enchantment Park above Blackbird Island Leavenworth Victim jumped into water from dock with another friend to swim and swift current immediately caught them and they were in trouble. A 16 y/o male ran down the shore and rescued one victim and was unable to find the other. The victim is still missing presumed drowned. Her body was found in July about two miles from where she went in to the river. Victims body was found dead on beach by river guide while on a trip. He was wearing long pants a shirt and was barefoot. His brother told the coroner it was common for him to swim in the river. No injures to indicate a struggle or fall and death is being considered an accident. Swift water 9 mph with water temperature of 50 deg 1 of 14

2 PD Use Contributing actor Chelan 3 Lake Chelan ields Point Landing on south shore 43 Victim from Wenatchee was taking scuba diving class on Lake Chelan. He was about 75 yards out in 17 feet of water. After 10 minutes he signaled to instructor he was having problems. He and instructor surfaced. Victim said his wetsuit was too tight. Instructor removed man's diving equipment and unzipped the suit. They were swimming to shore and man lost consciousness and stopped breathing. Rescuers began CPR and he began breathing again, but it was labored and then stopped. His cause of death was listed as a heart attack. SCUBA 0 Chelan 3 Lake Chelan Spader Bay Clallam 1 Pacific Ocean off LaPush Victim a 91 y/o female was a regular swimmer and family members came to her home when they couldn't reach her. They looked for her and found her body floating in the lake. The investigators don't think there was anything suspicious and think she drowned. The victim was one of 4 on a fishing boat that collided with a 90 foot boat in the fog. 3 of the fishermen were rescued and this victim is missing and presumed dead by the length of time in the water. urther details noted that the victim was in a room in the forward part of the boat. The boat sank bow first. He was trapped. The boat sank in water 1600 feet deep. There is an investigation on the mishap by the coast guard. Both boats had radar and thought they were working. og reduced visibility to approximately 40 feet. The boat was sunk by the larger 90 foot boat. None of the crew had time to put on their lifejackets. It is considered a "serious marine incident." No x 1 Area was beyond his skill level Clallam x 2 Lyre River Campground 0 The victim was found about 4 weeks after he went missing from a campground. The body is decomposed and an autopsy will be performed to determine cause of death. It was not considered foul play by the sheriff's office. His body was found in a log jam on the river. Search and Rescue helped retrieve his body. No x 0 Clark 2 Lake River at Ridgefield arina 70 Victim was having a medical issue and fell into the water. The man held onto the dock and was pulled out by neighbors. He was unconscious when firefighters arrived. They were unable to revive him. Unsure yet if this is a drowning. Even though it was called in as a potential drowning. Victim from Vancouver was found near the Interstate 205 bridge wearing outdoor clothing and a floatation device. Authorities found a kayak on the eastern tip of Government island. The kayak appeared to have had two passengers. There are two other people missing, and one missing victims also has a kayak which is not at their home. None of the three people involved have been identified. The Investigation continues. The swift current caught the boat and spun it around and caused the 18 foot boat to swamp and flip almost immediately throwing the victims. ather and grandfather were rescued but the victim is presumed drowned and still not found. River was running 3 times over normal summer flows. Both victims died of hypothermia after their kayak accidentally overturned in the Columbia River. The victim 42 year old woman was found in the river and later determined to be a woman who lived on the river.the medical examiner determined death to be from drowning. Victim 35 year old man drowned a hero in the river after hoisting his two year old son to the bank. The water was 46 degrees and witnesses saw him go under and searchers were unable to locate him. Victim was riding a SeaDoo watercraft. He was "too impaired to survive a fall"even though wearing a life jacket. He lost control of the watercraft and fell into the water. Evidence of alcohol and marijuana use is believed to have contributed to the victim's death. Victim dove from Lewis River bridge into water and was missing. riends attempted to assist and ES located his body about 7:20 am. Victim 64 year old man was discovered in the lake. He is presumed to have drowned, but it is under investigation. Victim was reported to be kayaking earlier in the day. He was wearing a life vest. Autopsy was not in yet to determine the cause of death. Victim was doing recreational diving, but never resurfaced. Grant County arine Unit, ranklin County Sheriff have been searching for the body but haven't found him yet. A body was recovered in the area the following Saturday (6 days) after the victim went missing. The coroner confirmed his name and noted this as a drowning. 4 PD Use Contributing actor Grays Harbor 1 Cohasset Beach 1 mi South of Westport 14 Island 1 Penn Cove 0 Jefferson x 1 Port Townsend Bay 0 14 y/o victim was swimming with 12 y/o when a strong riptide (undertow) pulled them out.the 12 y/o was able to swim back to shore. He maintained visual contact of the victim for several minutes after getting back to shore, but finally lost sight of him. Rescuers attempted to find him for 5 1/2 hours and he is presumed drowned, a later report found a body washing to shore on June 26th and the coroner will determine identity. The victim was a crab fisherman on a boat from the Swinomish Tribe and is presumed to have drowned. The search and rescue was called off after days of searching. Victim (David Ewoldt) was attempting to retrieve an anchor aboard his sailboat when he lost consciousness and fell overboard. Another person on (ax Richter) the boat with him put on a life jacket and jumped into the water and pulled the victim who was unconscious but breathing onto his back to keep his head out of the water. Because of the freeboard he could not pull himself back on board. They were in the water 25 minutes before another sailboat passed by and retrieved both victims out of the water. Both men were transported to the hospital in Port Townsend suffering from hypothermia and inhalation of saltwater. The victim who went unconscious was airlifted by helicopter to Harborview. He was in satisfactory condition on October 22nd. Rip tide cold waters unknown x 1 Yes x 1 Cold water King x 3 Lake Washington 5000 block of Lake WA Blvd King x 3 south ship canal from Lake Union near remont 32 0 Victim was swimming off boat with family members before he got into trouble. Rescuers found him in 10 feet of water 30 feet offshore. He was taken to Harborview in critical condition. Victim was seen struggling in the water and a good Samaritan jumped in to help him. irefighters and Harbor patrolled searched and found him. He had been underwater for several minutes. He had no pulse when pulled from the water. He was rushed to Harborview hospital after five rounds of CPR. No x 0 King x 3 Local pond in Renton 05 Victim was playing with neighbor children and wandered from home to pond. A ball was in the pond and the victim went in to get it. Her brother went in to help her and was holding her. The children's mother felt something was wrong, went to the pond, found her son holding his sister to try to save her. Her head was underwater. other came in and brought them both out of the water, the child was unconscious. The mother smacked her on the back, she started coughing. Child was seen by pediatrician and later x-rayed at Children's and recovered. There is discussion with the city of Renton to fence the pond. Non swimmer went into water unsupervised 4 of 14

5 PD Use Contributing actor King x 4 Apartment swim pool 900 Northrop way, Bellevue 10 King 1 Sea crest Park- Seattle 29 Victim was playing in swim pool. A neighbor saw the boy floating in the pool and rescued him. He wasn't breathing. He began CPR and ES came. The boy's mother was at the pool. He was taken to Children's hospital, then diverted to Harborview as he continued having breathing problems. The victim 29 year old man was an experienced scuba diver, but accidentally drowned during a class after witnesses said he panicked and rose too quickly to surface. After others in party surfaced they could not find him. King 1 Southern Shore of Blake Island 59 Victim was scuba diving off Blake Island and was presumed dead after running out of air while spear fishing. He and other persons were diving on the south side of the island. They came up for air. He asked another diver for help just before being "pulled down under water and disappearing". His body was found ay 21 in 34 feet of water. He had 12 years of diving experience. King 1 Elliott Bay - Seattle 36 King 2 Green River 61 King 2 Green River near Black Diamond King x 3 Residential Dock on ercer Island, Lake Washington 22 0 The victim 36 year old man found in Elliott was unresponsive after rescuers pulled him out. The case is under investigation. Victim 61 year old man, a very experienced rafter, drowned after his raft hit a boulder, overturned, and pinned under by the raft, and his life jacket was ripped off by the current. Victim was hiking with 4 others when she fell into the river around 7 pm. A man tried to save her. He fell in the river too. The man was found and rescued, but the woman is still missing. an was treated for hypothermia. Later reports note that her body was retrieved the next day. Victim was in water at end of a dock in about 8 feet of water. Witnesses tried to unstrap him from the wheelchair, but were unable to. ercer Island ire rescued the man at 1:28 P. They responded to him within 5 minutes of going in the water.they started CPR and resuscitated the man who was taken to Overlake Hospital. Yes x 4 King 2 Snoqualmie River near Carnation King 2 Green River near Ravensdale Victim was on an outing with co-workers when he slipped underwater. The coworkers and 2 kayakers couldn't pull the victim from the 10 foot deep water. Rescuers recovered him and started CPR. He was pronounced dead at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue. Victim was wading in river with his father. He ended up swimming too close to mild rapids in middle of the river. His father tried to save him but wasn't able to. Downstream another father and son were able to dive 10 feet into the river and pull victim out, and performed CPR. He didn't regain consciousness. He was airlifted to Seattle hospital. He was reported in critical condition on onday evening and died later that evening. high water conditions 40 degree water 5 of 14

6 PD Use Contributing actor King 1 Puget Sound near Shileshole Bay arina 1 mile from shore 76 Victim from Edmonds was in 16 foot boat with a friend when there was a collision with a 44 foot boat at 4 pm. The victim and his friend were thrown into the water. Cause of the crash is not determined. Persons in the larger boat rescued the two men. The second man was transported to Harborview for treatment. Unsure what cause of death for the victim was, but there were attempts to resuscitate him. He was not breathing and had no pulse. Unknown x 2 King 3 Steel Lake Park 17 Victim was swimming offshore when someone called 911 reporting the victim struggling. Water rescue team arrived and found the teen after one minute of searching in 12 feet of water. He was brought to shore and paramedics worked to resuscitate him before taking to Harborview. He died the next day in Harborview. King 3 Lake Washington at Denny Park Kirkland 54 Victim went into Lake Washington in pursuit of a ball during a family gathering at a park along the lake. He apparently reached the ball but then began struggling before going under. The ES team was able to rescue to other swimmers who were trying to rescue the victim. Divers located man and brought him to shore where he was pronounced dead. Victim has not yet been found. The boat a 48 foot Chris Craft was found with a generator running. The victim's car was at the marina lot. A friend had talked to him earlier in the day and loaned him a life jacket, which was found on the boat. Searchers looked for body but haven't found him as of yet. King 3 Lake Washington near Kirkland 67 No x 1 King 3 Lake Washington 33 King 3 Steel Lake 15 King 3 Rainbow Lake near Pine Lake area Issaquah 66 Victim was on wakeboard being pulled by a boat. His death has been ruled an accidental drowning. Witnesses said the victim was pulled immediately from the water around 6 pm. The boat operator and a friend performed CPR. As did ES. They were unable to revive the victim. urther details may come after investigation is completed. Some implication in report that boat driver may have been intoxicated. Report indicates the driver was cited for BUI. Victim was dangling feet over side of the dock before he slid into the water and went under. Rescuers pulled him out and performed CPR. He died at a hospital later. He was heard by friends that said he couldn't float and was asking how to kick in the water, so he was likely not able to swim. Victim had gone for a walk from her home to Rainbow Lake which she commonly did. Her family went looking for her and called police. They found her face down in the water near the shoreline. The land slopes from the roadway to the lake. Unknown x 0 Implications "BUI" for boat driver 6 of 14

7 PD Use Contributing actor King 4 Apartment pool in Bellevue 29 Victim was in the pool and his friend was sitting on a chair at the pool. The friend had been sleeping and saw his friend at the bottom of the pool The friend was not a swimmer and panicked. He did not see the reaching pole with life hook. Another patron came and actually got the reaching pole life hook and retrieved the victim from the bottom of a 9 foot depth pool. ES was on the scene within 2-3 minutes of the call to 911. It was estimated he was in the water from 5-7 minutes. ES gave him CPR for 15 minutes and found a pulse and transported to Evergreen Hospital. The victim passed away some days later in the hospital. The victim was reported to be a non swimmer. The float line between the shallow and deep end of the pool was reported not to be in place at the time. Non swimmer, float line not in place King 5 Drainage ditch 31 Kitsap x 1 Port Gamble Bay 46 Kitsap 1 South of Bainbridge Island 24 Victim 31 year old man was discovered drowned in about 8 feet of water after fleeing from the police. Victim was harvesting geoducks at depth of 33 feet when incident occurred. an was unconscious and dive boat crew performed CPR on him. edics stabilized and flew him to Seattle. Victim was working checking on geoduck compliance for DNR. Sampling for toxins in geoducks. Victim missing. Was diving with two others Southwest of Restoration Point. Certified diver. His body was recovered near where he was last seen. Acute cocaine intoxication contributed to the death of the diver. SCUBA 0 SCUBA 0 Acute cocaine intoxication contributed to death Kitsap 3 Long Lake near Port Orchard 18 Victim was swimming with friends and got in trouble. Witnesses pulled from water and giving him CPR. He had been underwater about 10 minutes. He was taken to Harrison edical Center in Bremerton where he died. Later reports noted that he and his friend were working at getting back in shape and had spent time earlier doing a log of exercising before they went to the lake to cool off. Kittitas 2 Yakima River south of Ringer Loop boat launch 54 Victim was rafting with others and fell out of his raft and was swept under foliage along the bank. His 17 y/o grandson attempted to pull him to shore with help of others. The victim lost consciousness as he was pulled to shore. CPR was performed and medics were unable to revive him when they arrived at the scene. Yes x 5 Kittitas 3 Lake Kachess 51 Victim fell feet from a rock cliff into shallow water at Lake Kachess. A boater retrieved him from the water to shore where he was pronounced dead. Not sure if this was a drowning or the fall injuries killed him. Alcohol may have been a factor in the incident 7 of 14

Victim was wedged underwater in a log jam. Rescue teams 19 volunteers assisted in retrieving the victim in a complex recovery effort. Victim 8 year old boy was found in the river after mother reported him missing from the house. He was rescued, CPR administrated, and transported to hospital where he later died. There is a steep cliff behind the home that is continuing to erode away. It is believed the boy fell off the edge of the yard into the river. The mother went inside for 5 minutes with her son playing on a swing. Victim 24 year old man disappeared while rafting with others. He has not be located and authorities are searching. Victim 16 year old boy disappeared under water while swimming with a group of friends and his body was located a few days later about 50 yards from where he went under water. The water temperature was 58 degrees. Victim was swimming in Cowlitz River with friends and yelled for help shortly after jumping into the river. His body was found by a Coast Guard rescue swimmer a mile downstream. His brother had drowned in the same river 5 years earlier. Unknown x 3 No x 4 Cold swift water Lewis County 2 Ohanapecosh River near Packwood 41 Victim from Bothell was in the river cooling off. After sitting in shallow water, he attempted to go farther into the river, lost his balance and fell. He went under a waterfall and was pinned against large logs and several rocks. He was in the water for 4-5 minutes. A group of kayakers were able to pull him from the area. He was taken to orton General Hospital were he was pronounced dead. swift waters pinned to logs with force of water ason 1 Hood Canal 91 ason 1 Hood Canal near Union ason 3 Lake Limerick 02 ason 3 Lake Limerick Victim was found floating and unresponsive in Hood Canal by neighbors. He died from drowning, but he might have suffered a cardiac event before drowning. Neighbors gave him CPR and he was taken to the ason General Hospital but he did not survive. Victim was pulled from water by bystander's. ES attempted resuscitation but were not successful. No further details provided at this time. Victim 2 year old boy accidently drowned while boating with his father. Circumstances not known due to the death of the father ** see record #22by drowning. Victim 31 year old man drowned while searching for his 2 year old son after tipping over in a canoe. Two life jackets were in the boat, but not worn. No x 3 No x 3 8 of 14

9 PD Use Contributing actor Okanagan 3 Rat Lake near Brewster 42 Victim's body was found by hikers at the lake on onday evening. She had been at the Lake on Sunday with friends. The friends all left and she decided to stay when they left. She knew how to swim, but the autopsy indicated the cause of death was drowning and was determined to be accidental. Okanagan 5 Drainage ditch near Poorman Creek area 54 Victim was reported missing by his girlfriend October 3rd. His body was found by another person who found his body lying in the ditch. He was last seen leaving Twisp on his bicycle. oul play not suspected. Autopsy scheduled. Bike was found alongside the road two days before the victim was found approximately 1/2 mile from victim. Pacific 1 Long Beach 22 Pacific 2 Iiwaco boat basin near Columbia River mouth 0 Pacific 1 Long Beach 38 Pacific 1 Long Beach 42 Pacific 1 Cape Disappointment 55 State Park Pacific Ocean Pacific 1 Pacific Ocean near Lead better Point 70 Pacific 1 Long Beach 25 Pierce 2 Puyallup River north of Orting 29 Victim 22 year old man was one of four fisherman to drown on the fishing boat 'Lady Cecelia' after a distress call was made and the boat quickly sank. Victim was walking to a boat on the marina following another man to get onto a boat. The victim was found floating at the west end of the marina, floating face down. Police does not suspect foul play. They speculate he may have tripped or slipped and had wind knocked out of him. Autopsy is scheduled. Victim 38 year old man was one of four men that drowned after their fishing boat capsized. See record # 14, 15. Victim 42 year old man was one of four men that drowned after their fishing boat capsized. Victim from Seattle was rafting from Benson Beach in the state park with a friend. They were out in the ocean, they flipped out of the raft and got back in. This sequence repeated several times and raft partially deflated. The victim was not able to hang onto anything and he soon succumbed to the cold water. The other person was able to hold onto an oar and the partially deflated raft and made it to shore. Surf Rescue Team mobilized and recovered the victim, administered CPR and he was taken to local hospital and died. Victim was in an overturned 24 foot boat that washed ashore. Two others were on the boat and flown by helicopter to ambulance. They were taken to the hospital in Aberdeen. They are still trying to recover the body of the victim. Not sure what caused the boat to overturn. Victim 25 year old man was one of four men that drowned after their fishing boat capsized. See record 16, 15, & 14. Victim was inner tubing and floated away. His friends couldn't reach him and called 911. Rescuers did all they could to find him. They will reevaluate once water levels fall. He is presumed dead. He was suspected of killing park ranger, argaret Anderson. Victim was caught in storm drain while trying to retrieve keys he had dropped through a street grate: Officers arrived, found man with head and upper body underwater. an was alive when firefighters got him out, but he died a short time later in the hospital. It was assumed he lost his balance and fell head first into the pipe unable to get out. His keys were later retrieved from the bottom of the drain. an in 50's was sledding on snow in Paradise area when he broke through a snow crust and plunged into Edith Creek, was swept about 30 ft down. He was found with his face submerged in the creek. CPR administered, flown to Harborview where he was pronounced dead. Victim 24 year old man drowned after a canoe capsized. Witnesses reported he and his girlfriend were singing and rocking the canoe until it tipped over 100 yards from shore, they were rescued 20 minutes later, and transported to the hospital where he died. Victim from Kent was swimming with a friend. A witness was able to help the woman out of the water, but the victim went underwater. This was at North Park, when he went under about 5:20 P. Divers pulled him out about 15 minutes after he went under. He was taken to Good Samaritan hospital and pronounced dead around 9:30 P. 21 month old victim left his home and fell in the lake. He was found by his 9 y/o brother. The facility and neighbors tried to resuscitate him. ES administered CPR until taken to St. Clare Hospital. The boy died while at the hospital. No x 3 Walked from home to lake Pierce 3 Lake Taps Allen York Park 16 Victim had been swimming with friends but suddenly went beneath the surface. He was underwater for 3-5 minutes before friends pulled him out and started CPR. Paramedics took over and was taken to hospital where he later died. Pierce 3 American Lake, 200 yards from shore 63 Victim and his brother were making a test run on the boat shortly before 1 P. The boat started smoking and taking on water where the drive connects to the stern. Both the victim and his brother took floatation cushions and tried to swim for help. His brother realized he couldn't make it and returned to the boat. The victim made it about 75 yards before the cushion slipped out of his hands and he went under water. Another boater rescued his 65 year old brother who stayed with the boat. Rescue swimmers and divers searched for the victim but hadn't found with initial search. His body was recovered the next day. Victim was swimming with friends in the swim area. He tried to swim across the large swim area, but only made it halfway. Rescue crews started a search and recovered his body last Saturday. It was the third person to drown in the lake in the past 10 months. Victim in boat with 2 others, 17' Boston Whaler boat overturned, possibly from being hung up on a crab pot. Later reports indicated they had stopped to help another boat that had snagged on a shrimp pot when their boat capsized about 2:30 P. They were trying to pull the snagged line out and the boat dipped down while under power and they were all thrown into the water. All 3 had inflatable lifejackets, but Ableman was unable to inflate his. He was also wearing hip waders. Victim and two others rescued, They were pulled back into another boat within 10 minutes. CPR was administered, but he did not survive. Other two survivors showed signs of hypothermia. Length of time in the water wasn't indicated. Other two were treated for hypothermia in local hospital. Cold water Yes x 2 Skagit 1 Swinomish Channel (Skagit River and Puget Sound) Skagit 2 Skagit River near Lyman Victim jumped out of truck driving over Rainbow Bridge near LaConner. He was reported to just be doing this as a recreational jump fun activity. Coast Guard and Sheriff boats responded. Alcohol may have been involved. Divers pulled the victim from the channel on Thursday evening. Victim a Bellingham resident was fishing in a boat with his dog. isherman on the bank saw his boat strike something in the water and it flipped him out of the boat. They called 911. The river was running very high and cold. Boats, dogs and helicopters searched for three days and did not find him yet. Alcohol may have been involved High flows, cold water Skagit 3 Gravel Pit Pond 16 Victim 16 year old boy disappeared while swimming with friends, searchers spent hours searching the pond, but have not located him yet. The body was found on ay 17 from the gravel pit pond. He started struggling in the water and went under. Skamania 2 Little White Salmon River 38 Victim was kayaker with 9 other kayakers. She was a very experienced kayaker but it was her first time on this river. The kayak capsized in a treacherous area and she was reported to have been trapped beneath an undercut cliff. Other kayakers risked their lives to go underwater to reach her. They pulled her back and began CPR. She had been underwater more than 4 minutes by that time. The group attempted CPR for 2 hrs (one was a doctor). By the time she was pulled from the river attempts to resuscitate her were unsuccessful. Boat was 14' w/ 35 hp motor No x 2 Sudden turn of boat and no PD Snohomish x 2 Pilchuck River near achias 09 Victim was caught on a small log in the river, the pressure of the water took him under it. The family pulled him out and started CPR. He was taken by helicopter to Children's Hospital in Seattle. He was listed in critical condition. Later reports noted his condition is improving as he awoke from a coma. The victim was trapped in his kayak. 2 other kayakers got the man and performed CPR. Rescue teams arrived to bring him to medics. an was treated at the scene but refused to be taken to hospital. Victim a middle-aged man was pulled from the Pilchuck River after apparently losing consciousness in the water. Witnesses reported man had been drinking alcohol and playing in the river before he started struggling. an was found on the beach having trouble breathing. The man was taken to a local hospital and is expected to recover. Victim from Everett was pulled unconscious from a onrae lake on Sunday. He died early Wednesday morning. Victim was in 12 foot boat with friend when boat capsized, body was not found immediately, but subsequent news report noted that the man body was found and it was presumed to be the same person. Victim was swimming by himself in the lake. A man spotted his body underwater about 6:30 P and called 911. His death was ruled an accident. He was unconscious when pulled out by rescue divers after being submersed about 10 minutes. He was taken to Seattle Children's hospital. He was swimming with friends. He died. Victim was floating on an inner tube, his tube flipped. His body was found the next day in 12 feet of water about 300 yards from where he went missing. Victim was crossing the river from the north shore to south shore when he started calling for help about feet from the shore. He was underwater for 5-10 minutes before witnesses pulled him out of river and started CPR. edics transported him to Deaconess edical Center. He died of drowning. Witnesses say he may have been intoxicated. Victim was reported to have jumped into lake to retrieve his new fishing rod. He did not have a life jacket on. His wife and the other person in the boat thru life preservers toward him, but he never resurfaced. This was at 6:15 am on opening day of fishing. Divers could not see anything on the lake floor. A sonar was brought in later and he was found in 45 feet of water essentially buried in the silt on the lake bottom. The cold water was believed to have been the main cause of death. Victim was playing with brother at home when he wandered off. Parents started looking for him after he hadn't been seen for about 10 minutes. other found him in the lake and father administered CPR. edics also attempted to resuscitate but the child drowned. The victim 33 year old woman was found unresponsive in home hot tub. She died at the scene and the case is under investigation. Victim was found laying in water away from the main current. Happened near Palouse Street bridge behind Backstage Bistro. He died from head trauma from falling off the Palouse Street Bridge. Ruled accidental, no foul play. No x 2 Cold water, no life jackets, fully clothed Elevated blood alcohol content Walla Walla Walla Walla 2 Snake River near Burbank 3 Casey Pond in Burbank y/o victim was with 4 others in boat that sank in Snake river at night just after midnight. The other 4 made it to shore. Searches have been unable to find the boy on Sunday. The boy's body was recovered a week later in the Columbia River nearer Wallula. Victim a non swimmer was wailing near a channel that led from the pond to the Columbia River. There is a steep ledge under water and when he slipped off the ledge he was swept away in the stream. A search and rescue team looking for another missing boy in the area was called and they found his body in a few hours. Unknown X 0 at night time. South end of lake 300 feet deep and visibility is 5-15 feet. Boat he was swimming to was 18 feet long. The victim 3 year old boy was found in a bath tub by his two cousins. The county medical examiner determined the cause of death to be drowning caused by ;inadequate adult supervision'. Victim 18 year old man was one of seven kayakers that flipped over in windy conditions, all wearing life jackets. Two of the boys had to be rescued from the 34 degree waters and transported to the hospital where one died. 24 y/o victim from Tacoma was driving through the area with his girlfriend. He stopped by the river and decided to get into the water. He didn't return after about 15 minutes, she called police. Search teams recovered his body from the river. Lake conditions are very murky. 18 month old victim was at a relatives home, wander from the home. amily was looking for him, called 911, ES found child in canal and administered CPR and transported to hospital.
