1 07 / 0 SORPIONS SOER SYLE OF PLY & EHNIL DEVELOPMEN

2 SORPIONS SYLE OF PLY Scorpions Soccer lub is committed in developing S.M..R. soccer players who excel from a technical, tactical, mental and physical approach to the game. In this player focused philosophy, Scorpion Soccer players will form life long fundamental skills which will propel them to a greater comprehensive athletic, academic and social future. In doing so, he Scorpions ommunity has, and will continue to, develop confident individuals, reliable teammates and thoughtful community members. SYLE OF PLY ONFIDEN ND HRD WORKING Scorpion Soccer teams are trained and prepared to play with confidence. onfidence is developed through self belief, discipline, hard work and positive reinforcement from coaches and teammates. We also firmly believe you play the way you practice, which highlights our emphasis on training with intensity, focus and determination. PIEN BUILD UP PLY Scorpion eams will always look to provide patient and composed build up play from the Goalkeeper all the way to the striker. Our indirect style of play requires a high level of technical, tactical and mental development. By avoiding the kick and run style, our teams develop a better technical and tactical understanding of the game.

3 POSSESSION O PENERE Scorpion Soccer is fundamentally built on developing possession oriented teams who can best understand both direct and indirect passing options. By doing so, we provide players and teams the skillset to make the best possible decisions during game play. WO WY SOER EMS ll Scorpion teams are understanding of our two - way soccer methodology. ll players, regardless of position, must play offense and defense in order to be successful within a team structure. PHYSILLY BLE ND WILLING ll Scorpion teams are trained and prepared to excel in the physical and mental segment of the game. Players will display pace, power, strength and willingness to work for the team rather than the individual. DEFENSIVE BLNE ll Scorpion teams will be understanding of their individual responsibilities and jobs from both offensive and defensive standpoints. Scorpion players will understand when to provide: Pressure, over and Balance throughout their careers. PROIVE ND S.M..R. PPROH We, the players, are both students and teachers of the game. Scorpions Soccer teams are S.M..R. and flexible as we adjust to any condition and find alternative solutions through practice and game experiences.
