2 Onsite Meeting #1: Refer to Step #6 of the Traffic Calming process. A draft concept plan for the project area, based on feedback from the orientation meeting, will be the starting point for discussion. The concept plan will be drawn on the street with temporary marking paint. The City team will walk the project area with the residents to discuss proposed traffic calming devices (type and location) and answer questions about the Traffic Calming process. Based on the feedback at this meeting an updated draft concept plan will be prepared for Onsite Meeting #2. Onsite Meeting #2: Refer to Step #8 of the Traffic Calming process. An updated draft concept plan for the project area, based on feedback from Onsite Meeting #1, will be the starting point for discussion. The concept plan will be drawn on the street with temporary marking paint. Following the format of Onsite Meeting #1, meeting attendees will walk the project area to discuss the updated traffic calming devices and locations. A traffic calming plan to be used in the final survey will be determined by the end of Onsite Meeting #2. It is important for residents to attend the meeting to provide input on all potential devices for the final survey card. Your participation at all three meetings, Orientation, Onsite Meeting #1 and #2, is important to provide input throughout the plan development process. We look forward to working with the Bluett neighborhood and appreciate your interest in traffic calming in your area. If you have, any questions please feel free to contact me at ext or by at YLiu@a2gov.org.
