4 HOW TO REACH THE TITLIS BY TRAIN From Zurich/Zurich Airport: express train to Lucerne. Halfhourly service from Zurich main railway station or Zurich airport. At Lucerne change to Zentralbahn train serving Engelberg, track 13. Total travel time from Zurich main railway station: 1 hour 49 minutes Total travel time from Zurich airport: 2 hours 06 minutes From Lucerne: take Zentralbahn train serving Engelberg, track 13, always at 10 past the hour. Change at Hergiswil and take the train to Stans. From here you take the train to Engelberg.

5 TITLIS HIGHLIGHTS TITLIS ROTAIR The TITLIS ROTAIR gondola rotates its way up towards the snow-covered summit of TITLIS. The world s first revolving gondola transports you from the middle station at Stand up to the mountain station at 3,020 metres above sea-level. The gondola revolves 360 degrees during the five-minute trip, treating you to idyllic panoramic views of steep rock faces, deep crevasses and distant snow-covered mountain peaks. TITLIS CLIFF WALK 3041 metres altitude. 500 metres off the ground. 150 heartthumping steps. 6 TITLIS RESTAURANTS TITLIS MOUNTAIN STATION Enjoy the food and crystal-clear views of the glacier from the restaurants on TITLIS. For starters, the Panorama Restaurant serves up panoramic views of the glacier at 3,020 metres above sea-level. Main courses include regional delicacies, delicious and crispy oven-baked pizzas, and pasta galore, while the dessert menu promises all manner of sweet treats. In our self-service restaurant you can take your meal straight to the cash desk. Fancy a tasty morsel from the grill, a soup or a dish of the day? Simply choose what you feel like. Our tempting glacier ice cream buffet offers a host of melt-inthe-mouth treats presented in freshly baked waffle cones. TRÜBSEE ALPINE LODGE Choose from daily specials, tasty morsels from the grill, pasta or macaroni cheese. What s more, you can help yourself to a colourful, crisp and healthy salad from the salad bar and something sweet for dessert. Our self-service restaurant is open all day. Step out onto our sun terrace and enjoy the views while basking in the glorious sunshine. For kids there is a playground located on the terrace of the restaurants.
