1 TONIGHT S GAME: The Nashville Sounds and Oklahoma City Dodgers continue a four-game series tonight at First Tennessee Park. Oklahoma City leads the season series, 4-1, and is ahead in the all-time series with a mark. Tonight s game will be broadcast live on FM and via the internet webcast available on nashvillesounds.com. Jeff Hem is on the call. ON THE MOVE: The Oakland A s have made roster moves the last two days that have affected the Nashville roster. On Tuesday, infi elder Tyler Ladendorf was placed on the D.L. and catcher Blake Forsythe was activated from the D.L. Ladendorf was in the middle of a four-game hitting streak and was batting.364 (8-for-22) for the Sounds. Pitcher Arnold Leon was promoted to Oakland earlier today and will be making his Major League debut with his fi rst outing. In a corresponding move, pitcher Nathan Long was promoted from Double- A Midland to Nashville and will make the start tonight. Long appeared in three games for the RockHounds and had yet to allow a run in 7.0 innings (9 K, 2 BB). Tonight will be the right-hander s second game at the Triple-A level (June 26, 2012 at Las Vegas). THE PEN FOR THE WIN: The Sounds bullpen arms have collected all seven winning decisions to start the season. Right-hander Ryan Cook is 2-0 with a save and has held left-handers hitless through four outings (0-for-10). Through the last six games, the bullpen has posted a 1.17 ERA (4er/30.2ip) with 25 strikeouts and nine walks. BRINGIN HOME THE BACON: Kent Matthes is currently riding a team-best six-game hitting streak (.333, 8-for-24). He has collected seven RBIs during the stretch and has recorded doubles in the past four contests. MUNCYBALL: First baseman Max Muncy boasts a.431 OBP through the fi rst 12 games and sits atop the PCL with 12 walks. He has reached base safely in all 12 of his starts (13 H, 12 BB) to open the season. THIS DATE IN SOUNDS HISTORY: In 2011, outfi elder Corey Hart doubled twice in the second inning of a 9-1 win over New Orleans at Zephyr Field.
