1 East Point Track Club Velodrome Committee Team Manager: Michael Barman Mike has been heavily involved in the sport of cycling for more than 25 years. He has managed and coached various successful cycling teams including the Georgia Institute of Technology, the East Point Track Club, and the Trek Southeast Regional Cycling Team. Michael serves as an Advisor/Board Member to multiple cycling associations helping to promote the sport as much as possible. Currently he advises: East Point Velodrome Association, Georgia Bicycle Racing Association, USA Cycling Sport Track Committee, and the Southeast Collegiate Cycling Conference. Michael participates as a category 2 road and track racer as well as being a Coach, Official, and Race Director. Michael is a Bicycle Fitting Specialist, online bicycle inventory/sales expert, has managed several of the best bicycle stores and restaurants in the southeast and currently is the Operations Manager at Reality Bikes.

2 Technical Manager: Gary Morgan Gary has been racing bicycles for over thirty years. Originally from Ohio and with an engineering background Gary has become deeply involved in the Atlanta track cycling community. Always looking to improve and refine Gary was awarded the 2016 Ambassador of the Year award by the Dick Lane Velodrome. Financial Manager: David Schwalbach David has been on the East Point Velodrome Association s advisory board for over 10 years. Originally from Wisconsin with an event management background. David as a bicycle racing father, racer, and Pro Race Specialist is a huge contributor to the success of the Dick Lane Velodrome.

3 Operations Manager: Thomas Moschetto Tom Moschetto started bicycle racing in 1970 as a year old rider. He has raced both on the road, as well as the track. In 1979, while competing in a Pro I-II race in Wildwood, NJ., Tom collided with a telephone pole with just a few laps left in the 100 km event. After breaking his femur, both arms and shattering a knee, Tom spent 3 months in traction, and 1 year in a leg brace before making a comeback to the racing scene. Tom retired from full time competition after the 1984 US Track Nationals at Trexlertown, Pa., where he earned a bronze medal. Since that time, he has stayed active in the sport of cycling, coaching, promoting races, officiating, race announcing as well as appearing on several talk radio shows that were about bicycle racing. Prior to 1980 Tom was a Cat. 1 rider on both road and track and is currently a Cat. 1 track rider and a Cat. 2 Road rider. He occasionally competes as a Master (50-54) cyclist, and most recently won a bronze in the 2011 US Masters Nationals Sprint (50-54).

4 Velodrome Manager: Rob Evans Rob has nearly 30 years of racing and coaching experience from BMX, Road, Track, Cyclocross, Mountain Biking, and unsanctioned urban - endurance cross events. Rob is currently the director of operations at the Dick Lane Velodrome and has directed and coached the Youth Cycling League for many years. Rob brings a lot to the table with his experience while trying to keep the perspective on a holistic viewpoint of emotions, bike handling skills and tactics. Racers Rob has coached have achieved success on the National and International levels including multiple U.S. National Championship medals.

5 Technical Assistant: Dr. Lee Childers Lee is a Georgia Institute of Technology graduate and cycling team alumni. Lee currently works at Georgia Institute of Technology's Masters in Prosthetics and Orthotics Program and has built and managed the cycling biomechanics laboratory at Georgia Tech. Lee also has several lectures related to cycling including: Developed optimization model for cycling time trial performance Technical Assistant: Dr. Tim Gallagher Tim is originally from Pennsylvania but now calls Atlanta home. Tim came to Georgia Tech in 2004 to study Aerospace Engineering and graduated in 2008, but was crazy enough to stick around for a PhD that was completed in 2017 and is a cycling team alumni. Along with racing and officiating Tim has co-authored several articles about track cycling:

6 Technical Assistant: Seth Snyder Seth is the owner, designer, and currently the head welder and machinist at Snyder Cycles. He graduated from Southern Polytechnic in 2014 with an Associate of Science degree. Seth's bicycle education spans over 13 years in bike shops throughout the metro Atlanta area, as well as an internship with the late John Kovachi. Welding is a skill Seth learned from blacksmith and welder, Rob Babcock. Seth has spent many hours in and out of school researching and practicing different welding techniques and studying welding technology to improve the quality of Snyder Cycles frames. To date, Seth has produced over 70 frames and built hundreds of wheels for riders and racers across the country.
