1 Ship My Tri Bike by Nirvana Europe Transporting your bike fully assembled from anywhere in the UK & Ireland to your triathlon race Ship My Tri Bike by Nirvana Europe offers quite simply the market leading triathlon bike transportation service, eliminating the worry and stress of transporting your bike, leaving you free to concentrate on your race preparation. Transporting your bike fully assembled, removes the stress and hassle there is to disassemble and reassemble your bike before and after the event, and as your bike will be professionally racked in our vehicles, there is no need to adjust any of your personal bike measurements. For all 2018 events, we offer two highly flexible and convenient services to choose from: - Standard Bike Delivery (from 1 of over 40 locations in the UK & Ireland) - D2D Bike Delivery (from your nominated address in the UK and Ireland) Using a fleet of custom designed and adapted vehicles, your fully assembled bike will be professionally racked during transportation at the front fork, frame and rear wheel, with your front wheel placed in a protective wheel bag. The design and concept of the vehicles are based on pro cycling teams method of transporting bikes. Included within the service we will transport a small kit bag for you, to allow you to include your wetsuit, bike shoes, helmet, CO2 canisters, nutrition, or anything else you would like us to transport. 2 Standard Bike Delivery (from 1 of over 40 locations in the UK & Ireland) Ship My Tri Bike by Nirvana Europe s Standard Service transports your bike, fully assembled, from 1 of our multiple DROP-OFF & PICK-UP LOCATIONS throughout the UK and Ireland. How it Works - Your bike will be collected from your chosen location on the weekend (Thursday to Sunday) prior to your race and will be delivered to you 3 days before your race at the event destination. We will meet you directly at your chosen location at your allocated time and date, with your bike loaded on to our professionally racked vehicles. These locations are meeting points, you are expected to meet us with your bike. If you require leaving your bike in advance you must arrange this with the store, it is at the stores discretion and store opening times must meet with our schedule. - You or a named person will be able to drop off your bike in the UK & Ireland, and collect your bike at the event destination. - When you drop off your bike in the UK & Ireland, and after your race, we will provide identification tags/labels to attach to your bike and provide you with a receipt. When collecting your bike (at the event or in the UK & Ireland post-race) you will need to show your receipt and personal identification (e.g. passport or driving licence). - For delivery back to the UK & Ireland, we will collect your bike from the event destination on the evening of the event when you exit transition, or on the morning after your race. Your bike will be returned to you on the weekend (Thursday to Sunday) after your race - Full service information for UK & Ireland drop off, and collection details at the event, and UK & Ireland collection details post-race, will be provided to you by , 2 weeks before bike collection in the UK. 5 D2D Bike Delivery (from your nominated address in the UK and Ireland) Ship My Tri Bike by Nirvana Europe s door to destination service transports your bike, fully assembled DIRECT FROM YOUR NOMINATED ADDRESS, to your race destination. How it Works - Your bike will be collected from & returned to your nominated address anywhere in the UK & Ireland on the weekend (Thursday to Monday) prior to your race, and will be delivered to you 3 days before your race at the event destination - Either you, or a named person, will need to be present at the agreed dates and times for UK & Ireland collection and drop off. - When we collect your bike in the UK & Ireland, and after your race, we will provide identification tags/labels to attach to your bike and provide you with a receipt. When collecting your bike (at the event, or in the UK & Ireland post-race) you will need to show your receipt and personal identification (e.g. passport or driving licence) - For delivery back to the UK & Ireland, we will collect your bike from the event destination on the evening of the event when you exit transition, or on the morning after your race. 8 Bike Delivery Optional Extras When booking either service, along with your Bike Delivery, you can book the following optional service extras: - Additional race wheel set (your wheel(s) must be in an appropriate wheel bag or case) Pre-race bike mechanical service Bike delivery direct to your event accommodation pre-race and collection post-race Bike storage throughout your race weekend where we will securely store your bike for you 20.00

9 Bike Delivery Group Discounts When booking either service, on all group bookings, the following discounts will apply: 1 4 Bikes full cost; 5 9 Bikes discount of 10/ 10 per bike; Bikes discount of 20/ 20 per bike; 20 + Bikes discount of 30/ 30 per bike. Bike Delivery Additional Information 1. Your small kit bag and/or additional race wheel set will only be transported with a bike. 2. Kitbags have a maximum weight allowance of 7.5kg, and up to the maximum size of 56 x 45 x 20cm (similar weight & size to cabin baggage on an aircraft). 3. Additional race wheel set must be in an appropriate wheel bag/case. 4. Your bike is fully insured whilst in our care up to the value of For UK residents only, should you wish to increase your cover, our cycle insurance partner Yellow Jersey offer cover up to 15,000. Any bike not returned to us on the evening of the event, or before midday on the day after an event, will not be transported back to the UK & Ireland. 6. Pedals do not need to be removed, or handle bars turned sideways/inwards for transportation 7. Nutritional gels, powders, tablets, and/or drinks, must be in a concealed container 8.
