2 Weight Class : A team may consist of a maximum number of 18 boxers. No reserves are allowed. All Boxers must have their Original birth Certificates Municipality along with mark sheet of Class 5th /8th, /10th /Age verified by the School on their latter head in original. Entry will be accepted on receipt of names (both boxers & officials) on the letter head of the affiliated Unit duly Signed by the President/Secretary. Medical & Weigh-in : General weigh-in and medical examination of all boxers will be held at the venue from 0800 hrs. to 1000 hrs. On August 26, 2012 and on subsequent days for those boxers who are drawn to Box from 0800 hrs to 0900 hrs.. Draw : Draw will be held immediately on completion of the medical & weigh-in on August 26, Team Participation : The Participating team may bring the 1 Coach, 1 Manager and 1 R/J ( R/J Compulsory) Lodging : Free lodging will be provided to all boxers and Team officials by the organizers from 25 th August to 1 st September, Arrival particulars : Local conveyance from Akola JN Railway Station to their place of Lodging and back will be provided by organizers.transportation will be Available for participants & officials to and from venue.

3 Important 1. Team officials and boxers are entitled to Railway Concession Orders, which are enclosed. 2. The team/officials shall not arrive at venue earlier than the August 25 and shall leave by September 01, Cost of travel of all participants and team officials up to Akola will be borne by the respective units. 4. Ring officials representing affiliated units must bring a letter of authority from their respective President/Secretary intimating that they have been nominated as Ring official. 5. All boxers must possess their own Gum shield and Cup Protector. 6. Adherence of strict discipline will be observed at the place of lodging and at the venue. Any breach of discipline will result in withdrawal of boarding and lodging arrangements, followed by disciplinary action. 7. The championship will be conducted as per IABF rules. 8. Persons accompanying the team as Manager and Coach will not be permitted to officiate in the Championship. 9. A boxer shall be clean-shaved before the medical examination and weigh-in. Beards and moustaches are not allowed. No type of body piercing and no body accessories are allowed to be worn during the bout. 10. In case of extra member in a team, a charge of Rs. 500/- per day will be levied per head. 11. No team will be allowed to participate unless AFFILIATION/ENTRY FEES are paid to IABF. 12. For the General Weigh-in, the Boxer s weight should not exceed the maximum of the Boxer s weight class nor be below the minimum of the Boxer s weight class which will also apply to the Daily Weigh-in. 13. Boxers who are already registered with IABF shall carry their Indent Card otherwise they should carry their original Municipality birth certificate along with mark sheet of Class 5 th /8 th, /10 th /Age verified by the School on their latter head in original for IABF registration purpose. 14. The Organizing Committee will provide boxing gloves, head guards and hand bandages to all boxers for all bouts.

Every team must have to deposit Rs. 2,000/- as security deposit for accommodation and the same will be refunded after the event is over. 16 Borrowing of boxers from any other unit is strictly prohibited. Unless the change of Units is registered with IABF between April 01 and May 31 as finalize at the AGM at Hisar on March 16, However for the current year, Change of units will be accepted if registered with IABF by August 15, All teams are required to carry two of their flags with them.
