Flowing from the mountains of Northern Arizona, the river is captured by two dams and released for use by locals and farmers year round. Upon arrival, you will enjoy cool refreshing beverages while watching the chefs demonstrations in a state-of-the-art kitchen. Groups will then split up according to the part of the meal they will be preparing: homemade tortilla chips with salsa & guacamole, spice rubbed pork tenderloin, corn mango salad, Spanish rice, or chocolate mousse.
