MISSION The players, coaches and staff of the Oakleigh Chargers commit ourselves fully to the pursuit of excellence through training, competition, dedication and lifestyle. The program will provide potential draftees the maximum opportunity to be drafted and to facilitate the successful transition from the TAC Cup to an AFL club, and players not drafted to continue to play commensurate to their efforts and ability eg VFL, Community Leagues.

19 1. Past: Extend on your development from the U15 Squad in Present: Identify a final squad of 30 to compete in the 2015 AFLVIC U/16 Metropolitan Championships (April 2015). 3. Future: Prepare entire squad for July/September U/16 trial games and possible transition into 2016 U/18 Squad.
