1 November 2014 Newsletter The holiday season is upon us! At Sterling Silver Studio this means extra rehearsals, extra performances and extra FUN! This newsletter is packed with information, so take a minute and dive in. In this issue you will find: Holidazzle details, Holiday make-up class schedule, fundraiser information and more. Like us! 1991 Holidazzle Performance Information We are proud to present Sterling Silver Studio s 24th Annual Holidazzle for Sterling Silver Studio students and their families. Classes Performing: Each class that is performing has their class and performance information listed on pg 2. Dates: December 22 & December 23 Time: 5:30 p.m. Location: In the Mariner Mall commons area, at the end near Sterling Silver Studio. Rehearsal: All classes performing will have a quick rehearsal in the studio at 4:00 with their class just to make sure their routines look sharp for the show! To ensure a smooth and quick rehearsal it is important that everyone arrives on time and is ready to practice! : ) It s not really the Holidays without a Party! Parents: When you drop off your performer you are welcome to go to into the mall commons area to get a seat for the performance. All performers will be in the studio during rehearsal and then our staff will be bringing them to the performance area before the show. Immediately following the Holidazzle performances on December 22 & 23, Sterling Silver Studio will be hosting a reception with hors d oeuvres, beverages, teacher and staff meet & greet and SANTA will be in the studio during the Monday Holidazzle party! The parties are open to all students (performers and non-performers) and are 100% complimentary in order to show our appreciation to our wonderful Sterling Silver families. Kids, this is a great time to bring your families into your studio and show them where you take classes! Please come in and take a look around, get to know your teachers and get your picture taken with Santa! Everyone from Sterling Silver Studio is invited! Even if you are not performing in the Holidazzle, we invite you to the shows and to our celebration! If you would like to be apart of the grand finale you must attend the rehearsal the day of the show. Rehearsal information is on the front page of this newsletter. We will need volunteers to set up during the Holidazzle performance, help out during the parties and clean-up after the parties are done. There is a sign-up sheet on the Studio Boutique door. Please sign-up for any time that you are available. The performances will be most successful with ample volunteers. We couldn t do it without all of the fabulous volunteers. Wreath Pick-up Pickup for wreath fundraiser will be on: Nov 18 for names ending A-L, Nov 19 for names ending M-Z. 3 Page 3 Spring Recital Costume Orders Due December 1 November 10 through November 15 will be costume measuring week! At the beginning of each class, we will be measuring each student for their costumes. A parent should be present during that time in order to get the best size for your child. You will be ordering your costumes online through the TUTC website: We will all of the costume and ordering information to you as soon as it becomes available. Each class will have a different costume number. If you do not have access to a computer, we can print out your class information for you and we will have a computer available at the front desk, November so you may complete the ordering process. If you wish to use fundraiser money for your costumes you are able to do so by sending an to: Amber@theultimatetalentconnection.com before you order your costumes. You must contact her to let her know how much you would like to use fundraiser money by November 23. Once she has received the information she will be able to create a Coupon Code for you that you will be able to use during checkout on the website. Note: If you do not use your Coupon Code during checkout we will not be able to apply fundraiser money to your costumes after your order has been processed. Don t Miss Out! Below the main picture under Alternative Views Click on the measurement chart to choose the correct costume size. 6. Enter your performer s name for that costume 7. Select the costume size you want to order. 8. Enter Sterling Silver Studio in the Studio box 9. Click on Add To Cart 10.If you have a coupon code, enter it now. 11.Selecting the shipping information is required for this website, but all costumes are shipped to Sterling Silver Studio. Please arrive at the Villa Marina (on 28th St) by 5:45pm in order to begin the performance at 6:00pm All students will wear the same attire as listed for their class for the Holidazzle performances.
