Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The work crews were prompt and neat so the hassle factor was minimal. We would definitely work... It was a pleasure dealing with Sela Roofing Co., from the prompt and courteous estimator to the workers who installed the roof! The work was done efficiently and on time. The new roof looks great! The office team is fabulous with dealing with the insurance company and claim filing. I was highly satisfied with Sela. They are organized in all aspects. They exceeded... Professional, knowledgeable, they complete the work in a timely manner. Great company! Sell extremely reliable. Felt we received a fair price all repairs completed by them. Was very happy to see how professional every worker was. Was able to communicate with everyone. Even received phone calls to make sure when they were coming out to the job that we were aware they were coming... They did a good job. Very professional, very efficient, high quality work. We were very excited about the project itself, but when we saw the end result, it by far exceeded our expectations. I want to give a special shout-out to Pat Hall, our salesperson. He was a part of the process from start to finish. The whole team was amazing to work with. They were very professional and I'm pleased that I choose them. Carey did a nice job me as did the crew chief. I appreciated Carey's attention to pricing a siding upgrade me and matching the color of my discontinued siding. It matches perfectly and was an afdable solution. I also appreciated the crew's problem solving to take care of my awkward screen porch and to re-screen it afterward. I've had Sela do several jobs me - 2 siding projects and 2 roofs. They do a good job and I especially appreciate that if something does go wrong (it happens!), they're very responsive about coming out to take care of things. I've had them tell me that honestly, my roof was fine after a hailstorm... Page 4 of 5

5 Tim L. Wayzata, MN Everyone was good. I was happy with the quality of the work and the speed at which they completed it. Everyone I dealt with at Sela Roofing & Remodeling provided exceptional service. I dealt with the man from the sales department that came to our house, and he was very helpful. I had to schedule things with someone in the office, and they were really helpful. Then I talked to Accounts Receivable, and... I was most satisfied in that Sela Roofing & Remodeling, Inc found issues that the insurance company didn't. For example: our chimney needed new cement work done. They explained with pictures why it needed to be done, and the insurance company was happy to do that work which they didn't pick up on during the initial review. Everyone in our neighborhood had their roofing done, but I explained to people that we used Sela Roofing & Remodeling and are very happy with them. I believe a couple people down the road used Sela as well. The initial call was fantastic. He found extra things wrong. Sela Roofing & Remodeling, worked with my insurance company Allstate. My insurance company said they had a very good recommendation of Sela in dealing with roofing. Any questions I had were answered, and it was unbelievably smooth. I was... Page 5 of 5
