3 QUALIFYING ROUND MARCH 7, OCTOBER 5, 2018 ADVANCING TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND INDIVIDUALS The Professional and Student/Apprentice with the fastest times in each state/territory, will advance to the Championship Weekend. In addition, the top three individual competitors from 2017 will be returning for their chance to defend their title. And new for 2018, there will be 24 Wild Card slots available for the 12 fastest individuals (Professional and Student/Apprentice) across North America who do not win their state/territory bid. In addition, 2nd and 3rd place finishers of each state/territory will receive $500 or $250 IDEALcash, respectively. TEAMS Roman Ryszewski 2017 Professional Champion The top five Professional and Student/Apprentice teams from the U.S. and the top Professional and Student/Apprentice team from Canada will advance to the Championship Weekend. GET UP. GET AMPED. GET QUALIFIED. To make it to Orlando, you have to qualify first. Qualifying Round events are being held across the U.S. and Canada. Each event is a race against the clock to complete a task using IDEAL tools. The fastest times in every state/territory advance to the Championship Weekend.
