3 INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express may be used for full payment. Only the amount specified on the registration form will be charged to your credit card. Final Payment ONLY will be charged to your credit card per written request. For your convenience, a credit card authorization form has been included in this packet. Note: If you want to add or change a credit card number, you must send the information in writing or fax to NCA & NDA. No credit cards will be taken over the phone. Individual credit card numbers will not be accepted for team members. LATE REGISTRATIONS If space is available, late registrations will be accepted after the designated deadlines by sending in the FULL BALANCE due with your registration. If you are registering late, the full payment must be submitted in the form of a cashier s check, money order or credit card. The standard cancellation policy will apply to all late registrations. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Notification of cancellations and request for refund must be made in writing, and ed or faxed to NCA & NDA. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. Cancellations may be faxed to NCA & NDA at NCA & NDA are not responsible for faxes not received. All cancellations must be received during business hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST. If cancellation is not received during these hours, it will be dated the next business day. Age Eligibility Requirements: The age of the competitor as of August 31, 2015 will be the age used for competition purposes throughout the season for all divisions. NCA always attempts to ensure teams from the same program do not have overlapping performances during the preliminary schedule. 10 COMBINING/SPLITTING Divisions will be combined first by size when applicable then by gender. Divisions will not be combined if a program is registered in the same category. (Example: Small Jazz and Large Jazz teams from the same program will not compete against each other. Choosing to register two Small Jazz teams from the same program will require said teams to compete against each other.) Small and Large: If there are not at least 3 teams in Small and 3 teams in Large in the Mini, Youth, Junior, Senior and/or Open Divisions within the same Category, Small and Large divisions must be combined (Example: If there are 2 teams in Small Senior Pom and 5 teams in Large Senior Pom, NDA will combine into Senior Pom. NDA will not combine these if it means that a program will compete against itself.) If there are 10 or more teams in the Small or Large division, then NDA may split that division further by team size. Coed and Male Combining: If there is only one team entered in any Junior, Senior or Open Division within the same Category, NDA must combine (in this order): 1. Sr. Coed with Sr. Male and Open Coed with Open Male 2. Sr. with Sr. Coed and Open with Open Coed 3. Sr. with Senior Male and Open with Open Male Prep: NDA must split the Prep category into Jazz, Pom or Hip Hop if there are at least 3 teams in one Division Category and at least 2 teams in the remaining Open category. In the Prep category a program cannot compete against itself; in this instance a mandatory split would occur. (However, programs that choose to register 2 teams in the same division category, will result in said teams competing against each other.) Tiny Division: NDA must split Tiny Divisions within the same category into Small and Large (as outlined in grid) if there are 10 or more teams in the division before the split occurs. There must be at least 3 teams in each division once the split occurs.
