(NOTE: Teams competing on Feb will have the option of checking in at a later date prior to their first scheduled practice) Preliminary Competition for levels 1-4 Tiny, Mini and Youth divisions Final Competition for All-Star Prep Teams Final Competition for International Divisions SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24 Final Competition for levels 1-4 Tiny, Mini and Youth divisions Preliminary Competition for all other divisions SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 25 Final Competition for all remaining divisions Doors are tentatively scheduled to open each day one hour prior to the first performance. Specific division times will not be available until 2½ weeks prior to the championship. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS A & I Travel is a team of dedicated travel consultants that will help you arrange your group s travel. A & I Travel will negotiate group pricing on your preferred airline and provide fare comparisons for up to five airlines. The championship registration is separate from your team s travel arrangements and cannot be paid for with one check. Separate payment arrangements must be made with A & I Travel. NCA STAY TO PLAY This program was put in place for all traveling teams. If you are staying in a hotel in the DFW area, you are required to utilize one of the blocks booked by Connections Housing. Numerous hotels around the DFW Metroplex have been blocked for your ease and convenience in booking. Please see the following for more information regarding this program. 2 NCA & NDA STAY TO PLAY This program was put in place for all traveling teams utilizing hotel rooms while attending the NCA All-Star National Championship. Being recognized as an official citywide event and capturing the room nights derived from this event are crucial for future date selection and venue availability through the Dallas Sports Commission and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Connections Housing is the official, and only, housing company for NCA Championship housing. Teams that attend the 2018 NCA All-Star National Championship in February are required to book rooms through Connections Housing in order to participate. NCA & NDA has authorized no other company to book housing for groups attending 2018 Nationals. Numerous hotels around Dallas/ Fort Worth have been blocked for your ease and convenience in booking. A non-transferable/non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due by October 14, Payments not received at this time will result in the Team not being added to this event. Note: A $50 returned check fee will be charged for each insufficient funds check. Any payments received after January 15th MUST be in the form of a cashier s check, money order, or credit card. 4 INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express may be used for full payment. Credit card payments can be made by phone or online. If making payment by phone, please call Note: NCA will not keep credit card numbers on file after the charge has be processed. LATE REGISTRATIONS If space is available, late registrations will be accepted after the designated deadlines by sending in the FULL BALANCE due with your registration. If you are registering late, the full payment must be submitted in the form of an official school check, cashier s check, money order or credit card. The standard cancellation policy will apply to all late registrations. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Notification of cancellations and request for refund must be made in writing, and ed or faxed to NCA. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. Cancellations may be faxed to NCA at NCA is not responsible for faxes not received. All cancellations must be received during business hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST. If cancellation is not received during these hours, it will be dated the next business day. No division changes will be accepted after January 29th. NOTE: Due to the complexity of creating and managing the event schedule, NCA will not accept any division changes after January 29, This effort will help ensure that all gyms know well in advance their performance times, while also limiting any major time shifts. Please adhere to this deadline and be sure to register in the correct division upon submitting your registration. Thank you in advance.
