Apply on the IFSC Online Registration System: IMPORTANT CHANGE, IFSC RULES 2019 DEADLINE: The deadline for team registration is 15 days before the 1 st day of the event at CET: 28 th March 2019 START LIST: Registered competitors not confirmed as present by 11th April 2019 will be deleted from the Official Starting List IMPORTANT Please send a list of your Team Officials (manager, coaches and medical staff), the mobile phone number of the team manager and arrival information of the team to: team@c-f-r.ru CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE FOR DELAYED ARRIVAL: In case a team is not able to make the registration in time due to flight delays or other unpredictable reasons, please contact the IFSC Technical Delegate: Fabrizio Minnino fabrizio.minnino@ifsc-climbing.org

3 TRAVEL DETAILS VISA To get the invitations please contact Maria Rykalina See Appendix 1 Please do not forget to attach a scanned passport copy HOW TO GET TO MOSCOW By plane direct international flights to Moscow. TRANSFER If you need the transfer to hotel by bus please contact Nadezhda Nazarova, team@c-f-r.ru. To avoid traffic, we recommend to get AEROEXPRESS (railway shuttle minutes to the city, depending on airport) from every international Moscow airport. The price is 7 euro (500 rub.) per person. Anyway, every delegation who sent flight details will be met and conducted to the hotel. ACCOMMODATION Recommended accommodation hotel - AEROSTAR **** 5 minutes by foot from the competition venue. Special price for delegations including breakfast is 65 euro per double room. Single room 65 euro. For booking hotel please contact Nadezhda Nazarova team@c-f-r.ru not later than 20 th of March. If you will book later - special price will not be guaranteed. In this case the organiser will try to find something. See Appendix 2.
