ORDERING INFORMATION Ordering hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST, Monday through Friday. If faxing an order, please include a daytime phone number. PRICING We will do our best to maintain current prices. However, due to fluctuating prices of raw materials, pricing is subject to change without notice. CREDIT CARDS We accept the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. INVOICE TERMS Billing terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice for approved credit accounts. The minimum invoice amount is $ SALES TAX New York State sales tax is required on all orders picked up or delivered in New York unless your New York State tax exemption certificate is on file with our office. All other applicable taxes are the purchaser s responsibility. LATE CHARGES A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due accounts. Accounts with a past due balance are ineligible for additional shipments until the outstanding balance and finance charges are paid in full. NOTICE OF DEFECT OR DAMAGE Buyer is responsible to inspect all products upon receipt of order. Claims for damages, shortages or defects must be made within 30 days of original receipt of goods. All claims not made, in writing to Peak Trading Corporation within 30 days of original receipt of goods shall be deemed waived. Peak Trading Corporation will not pay any claim for labor, delays, or damage by reason of their use. No products shall be returned without prior consent and Return Authorization Number (RA Number). To request a Return Authorization Number by phone, please call or between 8:30 am 5:00 pm EST. To contact us by , be sure to include your order number, account number, and the item number(s) for the item(s) you want to return. RETURNED MERCHANDISE Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If merchandise needs to be returned, it must have an RGA number. Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval from Peak Trading. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of original receipt of goods. All returns must be in salable condition. If the merchandise is being returned as a result of customer error, we will charge a 15% restocking fee plus any outbound and inbound freight charges. Custom assemblies and custom lengths of cable, wire rope, and chain are not returnable. RETURNED CHECKS A $20.00 fee will be charged for any check returned to Peak Trading. FREIGHT CHARGES All materials are sold F.O.B. Shipping Point. Freight prepaid on orders over 1,000 lbs. Peak Trading reserves the right to ship by the carrier of its choice. Any damage in transit or loss of freight is the responsibility of the carrier. Claims should be made directly to the freight carrier.
