1 RECORD OF BOARD PROCEEDINGS (MINUTES) Bowling Green, Kentucky 11 December 2017 The Bowling Green Independent School Board of Education met at Bowling Green, Kentucky at 6:30 p.m. on the 11th day of December 2017 with the following members present: (1) Ms. Christine Dressler, Chair (2) Ms. Jane G. Brown Administration Building, located at 1211 Center Street, Bowling Green, Kentucky. THE BOARD: Viewed the Spotlight on Bowling Green Junior High School Received an update on the Bowling Green High School Construction/renovation project from Kevin Locke, Ross Tarrant Architects Reviewed the School Calendar ORDER # ORDER # APPROVE MINUTES waive the reading and approve the minutes of the Bowling Green City School District for the regular meeting of November 13, 2017 and special meeting of November 21, 2017, as presented. APPROVE MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORT approve the Monthly Financial Report for November 2017, as presented for the following: Bowling Green Independent School District General Fund, Bowling Green Junior High School Activity Fund, Bowling Green Senior High School Activity Fund, as presented

ORDER # APPROVE CIVICS EXAM approve the Bowling Green High School Civics Exam and the policies and procedures that guide test administration and documentation of passing grades for graduation as required by Senate Bill 159.

APPROVE DESIGN DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS AND BG FORMS FOR BOWLING GREEN HIGH SCHOOL Motion was made by Mr. Bishop and seconded by Ms. Wilson to approve the design development documents, BG-2 and BG-3 forms for Bowling Green High School construction/renovation, as presented.
