4 SINGHA HUA HIN OPEN 2018 (PRE-QUALIFYING & QUALIFYING ROUND) 1. Pre-Qualifying Round 1.1 Date : 2 April Conditions : Players are limited to no more than 120 players who are eligible based on Member Exemption Categories and on a first come, first serve basis for other applicants. The Pre-Qualifying Round will be played over 18 holes under a stroke play format. After 18 holes, the top 30 players will play in the next day s Qualifying Round. IN CASE OF TIES: In case of ties for the 30 th position, the result will be decided in order of priority by the last 9 holes (holes 10-18), the last 6 holes (holes 13-18), the last 3 holes (holes 16-18) and the last hole (hole 18). If there is still a tie, the scores will be counted back hole by hole from hole 18, until a winner is decided. 1.3 Entry Fee : Baht 1,500 (One-time Entry Fee for Pre-Qualifying Round and Qualifying Round) 1.4 Participation : The Official Entry Form can be downloaded starting from the first day of the Tournament s application period. The Tournament s application period shall be advised in the Fact Sheet, which shall be available one (1) month prior to the Tournament s start date. The Tournament application period shall start on Tuesday, 13 March 2018, and the Official Entry Form can be downloaded from from 9:00 AM. onwards. The Tournament application period shall end on Friday, 23 March 2018, at 4:00 PM. The withdrawal deadline shall be Thursday, 29 March 2018, at 4:00 PM., and a sufficient reason for the withdrawal must be provided. A player who wishes to withdraw after this deadline must provide sufficient documentary evidence, such as medical records, for the withdrawal to be approved. Players from Member Exemption Categories 1-16 and any players on the 2017 Order of Merit can either or fax in their applications. Players who are not in Member Exemption Categories 1-16 or the 2017 Order of Merit will have to download the Official Entry Form from and fill out the information. Then, please fax the Official Entry Form to the All Thailand Golf Tour. Priority will be determined on a first come, first serve basis. A player must call the All Thailand Golf Tour to determine whether he is eligible to play the Pre-Qualifying Round one (1) day after the Tournament application period has ended. Page 1
