2 Process Subcommittees formed to develop high level goals Three committees were formed to develop high level goals for the golf course, the landscaping, and the golf operations (30 people involved) Preliminary proposals Gordon Lewis (our original architect) was enlisted to create a golf course proposal based on our high level goals Deborah Gideon (our landscaping expert) was enlisted to create proposals for landscaping Focus Group Meetings Were Held To Gain Input From Members And Improve The Proposal Five focus groups were held involving 74 members resulting in a significant number of revisions to the original plan Estimated Costs Board Approved Plan Presented Information At Nov 7, 2016 All Member Meeting

3 High Level Goals Golf Course Layout: Tees: Fairways: Rough: Bunkers: Bridges: Keep the current layout, minimal changes Proper sizing, alignment, location, level, and re-grass Eliminate low areas and re-grass with Celebration grass Eliminate low areas, improve lake banks, re-grass if necessary Eliminate double hazards, eliminate/re-locate/reshape bunkers No changes

4 High Level Goals Golf Course Cart Paths: Replace, reconfigure, and eliminate Straighten paths in a couple of areas, reduce likelihood of paths coming into play Greens: Recapture original size and re-grass Lost nearly 30% of our green size over the years. Root system after nearly 20 years is becoming very weak and is extremely vulnerable to disease and weather. Most greens are replaced after 15 years, our greens will have lasted 19 years. This would also include the green surrounds fringes and areas near greens. The grass on the greens will be TiffEagle like we have today Practice Putting: Expand green and soften slopes Provide more hole locations and less wear and tear in the most frequently used locations Chipping Green: Trees: Remove/replace any exotic/old/unhealthy trees Expand green and soften slopes, larger/longer chipping area Remove/replace trees affecting playability or trees that will become too large in their current location

5 High Level Goals Landscaping Emphasis on touch points Tee boxes i.e.: #1, 9, 10, 18 tee boxes Transition areas i.e.: #2 green to #3 tee box Signature holes i.e.: #5 and #16 Bridge entrances and exits Putting and chipping areas Add more color Open up views of water and landscaping Uniformity with plant and tree selection Eliminate exotic trees, bushes, plants

6 Focus Group Summary 74 members were actively involved in 5 focus group meetings Men/women, young/old, frequent/infrequent players Low/high handicappers and all sets of tees were represented Feedback resulted in many improvements to preliminary plan i.e.: Shift pot bunker on 6 (52% wanted to keep it, 48% wanted it removed) i.e.: Keep tree to left of 7 fairway we added riprap to prevent erosion i.e.: Do not add additional front tees, our course is already short compared to competition Overall: - 90% approved of the plan as originally presented - 5% disapproved - 5% undecided

7 Golf Course Renovation Plan The following slides are pictures of each hole of the golf course taken by a drone and not all are as clear as you may like. The pictures are then marked up with the proposed changes. There are still some areas where minor changes might have to change in finalizing the plan and creating the construction drawings.
