We hope you will plan to a end! Read on for more details on the 2018 Program. Full conference details are also available on the OABA website under Key Dates at A Simple Approach to 2018 Sponsorship! As in the past, the Ontario Agri Business Associa on is implemen ng a simple approach to sponsorship for the 2018 event Sponsorships are available at a flat rate of $475.00, and OABA will provide all conference sponsors with an excellent level of recogni on throughout the event. sponsors will have signage (18 x 24 ) placed on the tee blocks at one of the Lakeside or Highlands golf courses, and will be recognized in the Program (provided your sponsorship is received prior to June 8th) and during conference events (recep ons and banquet). If your firm is interested in a sponsorship at the level of $475.00, please complete the appropriate sec on of the Registra on and Entry Form and return it with your cheque to the Ontario Agri Business Associa on. Special Partner/Spouse Registra on OABA is once again pleased to offer a Partner/Spouse Registra on package at a special rate for those partners/spouses who are accompanying OABA delegates to Deerhurst Resort. The Associa on sincerely hopes that OABA delegates will support both the sports and business segments of this conference by registering for this premier event. Deerhurst will hold the block of rooms un l May 25, 2017, so make your reserva on early! Please note that a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of one night s stay is required at the me of booking your room reserva on, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival (which is also non refundable). No ce of cancella on must be received by Deerhurst Resort at least 7 days prior to arrival. For more details on the golf tournaments, visit the Key Dates Sec on of the OABA website at 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Individual tee off mes at Deerhurst Highlands Golf Course the Highlands Course is a very challenging par 72, 7,011 yard masterpiece that demands both accuracy and length!...individual Play Format. OABA member registra on fee is $ (including HST). 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Individual tee off mes at Deerhurst Lakeside Golf Course at par 64 and 4,576 yards in length, the Lakeside Course is shorter but rest assured you will s ll use every club in your bag!....best Ball Team Format. OABA member registra on fee is $ (including HST). Golf Dress Code All golfers on all courses must observe proper golf dress code. Shorts must have a minimum 5 inseam with no gym shorts, cut offs, halter tops or tank tops. NO JEANS! Also, no alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought onto any of the golf courses. Deerhurst Resort requires the use of so spike golf shoes please be guided accordingly. Golf Club Rental If you require golf club rentals for the tournament, please indicate in the appropriate spot on the registra on form. Club rentals are not included in the registra on fee and will be at the par cipant s expense. For individuals unable to arrange a foursome, please call or e mail joanne@oaba.on.ca and OABA will arrange a foursome for you. Tee off mes will be confirmed via e mail no later than Wednesday, June 20, 2018, so please ensure you include the e mail address for each golfer when registering.

4 PROGRAM DETAILS Monday, June 25, 2018 Is Fishing Your Preference? 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Fishing Trips Captain Ac on Charters will be guiding morning and a ernoon fishing excursions on Huntsville s Peninsula Lake with each excursion accommoda ng a maximum of 9 par cipants. With over 20 years guiding experience in the Huntsville chain of lakes area, Captain Ac on Charters offers a great fishing experience with mid June being the ho est me for both pike and walleye. Captain Mike Bertelsen provides his clients with the finest tackle available the only thing you need to do is look a er purchasing your valid Ontario fishing license. How to Reserve a Spot on the Fishing Trip Captain Mike Bertelsen is able to supply enough boats to accommodate 9 people for the morning trip (leaving dockside at 8:00 a.m. and returning at 11:30 a.m.) and 9 people for the a ernoon trip (leaving dockside at 12:30 p.m. and returning at 4:00 p.m.) Both morning and a ernoon fishing trip par cipants will get together for a barbeque lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Call the OABA office at or drop an e mail to joanne@oaba.on.ca to book your preferred fishing trip (morning or a ernoon).
