3 ABOUT THE DOGMAN John Gagnon s Pet Resort in Colchester, CT presents the third annual Dogman Classic Golf Tournament to benefit Our Companions Domestic Animal Sanctuary. John Gagnon is the founder and owner of John Gagnon s Pet Resort, an all inclusive pet resort in Colchester, CT that offers services ranging from dog training, day care, boarding to grooming. While John Gagnon already provides many programs which support the work of local rescue organizations, John wanted to establish an annual event that not only promotes animal welfare but raises funds to support local animal rescue efforts. We are pleased to be associated with such a dedicated animal ambassador and community leader. The 2007 Dogman Classic Friday, August 17 th The Dogman Classic Tournament provides a fun and relaxing day of golf at the beautiful Blackledge Country Club in Hebron. Golfers will enjoy 18 holes of golf and registration includes: Prizes for top teams & special holes Raffle ticket Breakfast Lunch Dinner & reception ceremony Free beer on the course and during the reception. The reception banquet that immediately follows the tournament will include a silent auction, raffle and will be hosted by 96.5 TIC FM s Damon Scott and WFSB s Scot Haney 3

4 ABOUT OUR COMPANIONS Our Companions Domestic Animal Sanctuary is a nonprofit animal welfare organization with a mission to lead the movement to end the unnecessary euthanasia of pets in Connecticut. Our Companions provides a myriad of programs aimed at eliminating the root causes of pet homelessness, including Canine behavioral training Low-cost spay/neutering services Education/outreach programs Animal advocacy programs Most notably, Our Companions is building a pet resource center and animal sanctuary on 43 acres of land in Ashford, CT.
