RULES AND REGULATIONS F&G Leonard, LLC., is the sole owner of Taberna Country Club (the "Club"). These Rules and Regulations are written in the spirit of providing guidelines to the members of the Club and their guests. The operation and management of the Club and Club property shall be vested in the Member/Managers (The Management), acting through employees and staff at the Club. The Management is authorized to, and shall, adopt and enforce any additional Rules and Regulations governing the use of Club facilities and conduct of Club affairs. Effective January 1, 2013, these Rules and Regulations and any supplements shall be binding on all members of the Club. MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE - Taberna Country Club offers several types of memberships CLUB FAMILY MEMBERSHIP A Club Family Membership entitles said member, his or her spouse, and all unmarried children under the age of 21 living at home to use all of the Club's facilities including the golf course, driving range, clubhouse, tennis courts and pool, subject to these Rules and Regulations. Eligible Guests of members must pay the appropriate guest fees (see Schedule of Fees). CLUB INDIVIDUAL MEMBER An Individual Membership entitles said member to use all of the Club's facilities including the golf course, driving range, clubhouse, tennis courts and pool, subject to these Rules and Regulations. A Club Individual Membership does not provide for a spouse to be considered as a guest at the Pool (the only exception is for water aerobics) or Tennis Courts. The spouse of an individual member may use the dining room at any time and may play golf as the guest of their spouse by paying the appropriate guest fee ($50.00). All other Guests of the member must pay the appropriate guest fees (see Schedule of Fees). SOCIAL FAMILY MEMBERSHIP A Social Family Membership entitles said member, his or her spouse, and all unmarried children under the age of 21 living at home to use the Club's facilities limited to the Clubhouse, tennis courts and pool, subject to these Rules and Regulations. Driving range privileges are available by paying the appropriate monthly fee. Use of the driving range at any time infers range privileges apply. A Social Family Member may play the golf course (unlimited times per month) by paying a Non- Family Guest Fee ($50.00) Any guests that accompany the social member when they play golf must pay a Non Family rate ($ 50.00). SOCIAL INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP A Social Individual Membership entitles said member to use the Club's facilities limited to the Clubhouse, driving range, tennis courts and pool, subject to these Rules and Regulations. Driving range privileges are available by paying the appropriate monthly fee. Use of the driving range at any time infers range privileges apply. A Social Individual Member may play the golf course (unlimited times per month) by paying a Non-Family Guest Fee ($ 50.00). Any guests that accompany the member when they play golf will be charged a Non-Family Guest rate ($ 50.00). A Social Individual Membership does not provide for a spouse to be considered as a guest at the Pool (the only exception is for water aerobics) or Tennis Courts. The spouse of an individual member may use the dining room at any time and may play golf as the guest of their spouse by paying the appropriate guest fee ($50.00). All other Guests of the member must pay the appropriate guest fees (see Schedule of Fees). 2

3 RESTRICTED MILITARY MEMBERSHIP Restricted Military Memberships allows for our members who are active military to retain their membership privileges while being permanently stationed over 100 miles from New Bern, North Carolina. By paying one full month s dues (as set forth in the Schedule of Fees) per year, the Restricted Military Membership can maintain a hold on the membership. When visiting the area, the Restricted Military member will pay $35.00 fee to play golf, which includes a cart. Should the Restricted Military member relocate to within 100 miles of New Bern, NC, the membership will be converted to a Golf or Social membership and monthly dues and fees set forth in the Schedule of Fees will apply. Any eligible guest of this membership must pay a Non-Family Guest fee ($ 50.00). FOUNDATION FAMILY MEMBERSHIP Members accepted into this membership classification will be on a space available basis. Members must be at least 70 years of age and have been members of Taberna Country Club for a minimum of 7 years. Entitles said member and his or her spouse to use all of the Club s facilities including the golf course, driving range, clubhouse, tennis courts and pool, subject to these Rules and Regulations. Golf fees will be based on a pay as you play basis. Special fees for golf are $ 35 for 18 Holes and $ 20 for 9 Holes (prices have mandatory cart fee incorporated). Foundation members can play in golf tournaments if they meet eligibility requirements, but will pay the $35.00 guest fee plus tournament fees. Driving Range privileges are offered with no monthly fee applicable. Guests that accompany the Foundation Member when they play golf pay the appropriate Guest Fee ($ 50.00). FOUNDATION INDIVIDUAL MEMBER Members accepted into this membership classification will be on a space available basis. Members must be at least 70 years of age and have been members of Taberna Country Club for a minimum of 7 years. Entitles said member to use all of the Club s facilities including the golf course, driving range, clubhouse, tennis courts and pool, subject to these Rules and Regulations. A Foundation Individual Membership does not provide for a spouse to be considered as a guest at the pool or tennis courts. Golf fees will be based on a pay as you play basis. Special fees for golf are $ 35 for 18 Holes and $ 20 for 9 Holes (prices have mandatory cart fee incorporated). Foundation members can play in golf tournaments if they meet eligibility requirements, but will pay the $35.00 guest fee plus tournament fees. Driving Range privileges are offered with no monthly fee applicable. Guest that accompanies the Foundation Member when they play golf pays the appropriate Guest Fee ($ 50.00). NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP A Non-Resident Membership is defined as any member residing outside 100 miles of New Bern, North Carolina for more than eight months of the year. A Non-Resident Member is entitled to play golf 18 times per year with no green fee charge. Non-Resident Family Membership is entitled to 18 additional rounds per year with no green fees for a spouse and each child under the age of 21 living at home. These rounds are not transferable. Unused rounds do not carry over from year to year. Additional rounds may be played by paying a Family Guest Fee ($35). Any guest of this membership will be charged a Non-Family Guest Fee ($50). Please advise the Management as to any special circumstances regarding dual residency. CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP Corporate membership may be extended to any corporation, partnership, trust or other business organization. Corporate members and their families shall enjoy the same rights and privileges of a Club Family Membership or Social Family Membership depending on the corporate membership category. Any organization accepted for Corporate Membership shall have its membership issued in the name of the organization and must designate each member for use by the number of representatives approved by the management, each of whom is a principal officer, partner or full-time employee of such organization. Each member shall be jointly and severally responsible for all dues and charges incurred in connection with the memberships. However, should a member of a corporate membership become delinquent, the Corporation agrees to pay the delinquent account in full. Corporate Membership has the right to change the designee of the membership once per calendar year subject to a transfer fee and the approval of the Management. Transfer fees charged with respect to the substitution will be at the discretion of the Management. Any guests must pay the appropriate guest fees (see Schedule of Fees). 3

4 MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP Applications and selections for membership in the Club shall be in accordance with procedures established by the Management and administered from time to time pursuant to the following procedures: APPLICATION Every applicant for membership shall submit a membership application form along with a deposit for the appropriate fees. The application will be considered by the management when all required information is submitted and accepted. SELECTION The Management will review each application to determine acceptance of applicant for membership. In no event shall membership criteria, as determined by the Management, discriminate in any manner against any person or persons on account of race, marital status, sex, religion, creed, color, ancestry or national origin. Membership criteria shall be applied uniformly to all persons who are applicants for the same class of membership. Management will notify the applicant of acceptance status. If acceptance is granted, the new member will be placed on the active member role. If the applicant is not admitted to membership, his/her membership deposit will be returned. MEMBERSHIP DUES AND INITIATION FEES The membership dues and initiation fees shall be such an amount and payable in such a manner as the Management may determine, as set forth from time to time in a Schedule of Fees. Upon approval by the Management and receipt of the requisite fee, the Club shall promptly certify the prospective member, and the membership shall become effective as of the date of such certification. MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT NUMBER All members shall be issued a Membership account number evidencing their ability to use those facilities of the Club corresponding to the class of membership to which the member has been elected. The Club affords the membership the privilege of charging for all purchases either on the Club's private charge account within established credit limits or on other accepted credit cards. Members are required to sign all charge card tickets. Children of members under the age of 12 will not be permitted to charge without an adult signature. PROHIBITION ON TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP No Membership shall be sold or transferred to any person or entity except by the Club itself. No member of the club shall advertise publicly or privately his membership for sale or permit such advertisement. CONVERSION OF MEMBERSHIP To change a membership from one type of membership to another, a member must make application to the Management. Upon approval by the Management and notification that a vacancy exists in the desired class of membership, such members shall pay the difference between the initiation fee for the new class of membership at the time of the change and the initiation fee actually paid by such member for the previous class of membership. However, if a member converts to a lesser fee class, there will be no refund of past initiation fees. If a member converts to a lesser fee class and decides to return to the previous class a reinstatement fee will be imposed. All changes in membership class or privileges must be continued for a minimum 12 month consecutive period. MEMBERSHIP DUES AND FEES The Club facilities shall be operated by the Management of F&G Leonard, LLC. The budget for operations of the Club and all dues and charges will be determined and levied as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Management. Assessments will not be imposed at any time. 4

5 ACTIVE MILITARY MEMBERS (CLUB OR SOCIAL) & TEMPORARY DEPLOYMENT All Individual Members (Club or Social) who are Active Military may place their membership on hold (no monthly dues or fees) during deployments provided a copy of the deployment orders are presented prior to date of deployment. All Family Memberships (Club or Social) who are Active Military may contact the business office prior to deployment to discuss membership options. Documentation for the deployment must be provided to the business office before any membership can be placed on hold or switched. No changes in membership will take place until said documentation is received. Once documentation is received any change in membership will begin from that date and from no time before. Upon returning to the area the member must contact the business office so that the original membership can be reinstated. REGULAR DUES Regular dues shall be payable monthly in advance in an amount as set forth from time to time in the Schedule of Fees and are due and payable by the 20th of the month. Accounts not paid in full by the 20th of the month will incur a Fifteen Dollar ($ 15.00) service fee. A roster of delinquent accounts shall be posted in the clubhouse for any member over 45 days past due for any member over 45 days past due. REIMBURSEMENT CHARGE The Club shall levy a reimbursement charge against any member whose failure to comply with the Club regulations shall cause the expenditure of funds by the Club in performance of its functions. Such charges shall be limited to the amount so expended, plus interest and/or service fees, at the maximum rate when permissible under law from the date expended by the Club until paid, and shall be due and payable to the Club when levied. ENFORCEMENT OF FEES Each amount charged hereunder as dues, or as an additional fee or charges (including charges incurred by a family member or guest of a member) for the use of the Club facilities, shall be a separate, distinct, and personal debt and obligation of the member against whom the same debt is charged. Upon acceptance of membership, the new member agrees to give the Club a personal credit card number. In event of a default in payment of any fees, the Club shall have the right to charge the delinquent member's credit card with the outstanding amount owed to the Club. MEMBERS' ACCOUNT The monthly statement sent to each member will include a summary of all monthly charge expenditures. It will be sent on or about the first of each month. All fees and charges are due and payable within 20 days after billing. If a member's account remains unpaid for thirty (30) days after billing, the member's charging privileges and usage of the facility may be suspended as provided in these Rules & Regulations, and a service charge of $ per month will be added. If the members account has been suspended three (3) times in a calendar year, the membership may be terminated as provided in these Rules & Regulations; and a service charge of $ per month will be added. Failure to pay on an account within thirty (30) days of billing date could also result in the Club charging the outstanding balance to the Member's credit card. Should the account be suspended for three times in a 12 month period, the Management reserves the right to terminate the membership. The Club has the authority to take any action deemed appropriate to assist in the collection of member's unpaid account. All expenses incurred by the Club for checks returned by the member's or guest's banks and/or in connection with delinquent accounts shall be borne by the members who caused such expense. Returned checks will be subject to a $ service charge as well as reimbursement of any bank fees. Further, such member shall pay attorney's fees and court costs incurred by the Club in connection with collections. Anyone desiring cancellation of a particular service must do so in writing prior to such cancellation being accepted by the Club. Expenses incurred for any service provided prior to receipt of written notice of cancellation shall be billed to the member. No cancellation of service shall be retroactive. 5

6 TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP Termination of membership shall result in the loss of all rights and privileges associated with Club membership. Termination of membership shall come about in one of the following ways: RESIGNATION Members may resign from the Club at any time by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the Management and paying all dues and other charges owed at the time such notice is received. Additionally, prorated dues will be calculated and due based on a thirty (30) day notification of resignation. All charges incurred within the final thirty (30) days of membership are due and payable per the membership statement. SUSPENSION The Management may elect to suspend the privileges of any member who becomes thirty (30) days delinquent in the payment of any dues or charges. Suspension under this provision may continue until all amounts owed are paid in full. The Management may also elect to suspend all membership privileges of any member who violates any rules or regulations, or any member who engages in conduct unbecoming a gentleman or lady or whose conduct tends to be against the best interest of the Club. Suspension under this provision may be for as long as the Management elects. During the term of suspension, dues may be incurred. TERMINATION The Management may determine to seek expulsion, or such lesser sanctions as it deems appropriate, including suspension of any member for "cause." For the purpose of this Section, the term "cause" as applies to the conduct of a member shall mean any of the following: 1. Being in default in the payment of any sums due (including charges incurred by family or guests) for a period in excess of sixty (60) days after a bill thereof has been given. 2. If the Members account has been suspended three (3) times in a calendar year for non-payment. 3. Conviction of a felony or other serious act or crime as deemed by management. 4. The performance in or on the Club facilities, by a member or by their spouse, children or guest, of acts which the Club shall find to be detrimental to the best interest of the Club. This determination shall be in the judgment of Management. 5. Notification of membership termination from the Management will be sent in writing to the member. In the event of termination, no fees or dues will be refunded. REPURCHASE OF MEMBERSHIP The Management reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, with or without cause, to re-purchase the membership of any member at any time by paying to such member a re-purchase price equal to the initiation fee originally paid by such member for such membership. ADVISORY BOARD An Advisory Board will be appointed by Management. The Advisory Board will meet from time to time with Management to discuss membership issues and concerns. 6

7 GUESTS 1. All guests must be sponsored by a member and registered for all facilities to be used. Guests are subject to all Rules and Regulations of the Club. 2. The guest fee for use of the golf course, tennis courts and swimming pool shall be determined by the Management and set forth in the Schedule of Fees. 3. House guests may be introduced for privileges of the Club for a period not exceeding two weeks in a calendar year. A guest card should be applied for in writing by a sponsoring member to the Management of the Club. A guest card does not permit the holder to accord other guests the privilege of using the recreational facilities of the Club, except members of his or her immediate family, and has only those privileges available to the sponsoring member. Appropriate guest fees will be applicable. 4. Members introducing guests shall be responsible for their indebtedness to the Club and for their observance of all Club rules. 5. A Craven County resident may be the guest of a member a maximum of one (1) time per month. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 1. Each member, as a condition of membership, and each guest as a condition of invitation to the premises of the Club, assumes sole responsibility for his or her property. The Club shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to any private property used or stored on the premises of the Club, whether in lockers or elsewhere. Any personal property left without payment of storage thereon, in or on the Club facilities for a period of thirty days (30) may be given to charity. 2. No person shall remove from the room in which it is placed or from the Club premises, any property or furniture belonging to the Club, without proper authorization. Every member of the Club shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury at the Club, caused by the member or any guest or family member thereof. 3. Any member, guest or other person who in any manner makes use of or accepts the use of any apparatus, appliance, facility, privilege or service whatsoever owned, leased or operated by the Club, or who engages in any contest, game, function, exercise, competition or other activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by the Club, either on or off the facilities, shall do so at his or her own risk. The member shall hold the Club and its affiliates, operators, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents harmless from any and all loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by him or her resulting there from and/or from any act of omission of the Club, or its affiliates, operators, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents hereunder in respect to such loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by any guest or family member of such member. 4. Should any party bound by these Rules and Regulations bring suit against the Club or its affiliates, operators, directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents in connection with any event operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by the Club or on any claim or matter in connection with membership in the Club, and fail to obtain judgment therein against the Club or its affiliates, operators, directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents, said party shall be liable to the Club and its affiliates, operators, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents for all costs and expenses incurred by the Club in the defense of such suit (including court costs and attorneys' fees incident to appeals). 5. All memberships are non-proprietary in nature and do not confer upon the members any right of ownership or proprietary interest in the Club property, Club assets, or prerogatives regarding Club management. No member will have any voting privileges nor will any member have any right or obligation to share in the profits or losses of the Club. The Management reserves the right to modify any of these Rules and Regulations without giving prior notice. NOTE: ALL OF THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. THE MANAGEMENT WILL DO ITS BEST TO INFORM ALL MEMBERS OF THESE CHANGES EITHER BY MAIL OR BY NOTIFICATION IN A CONSPICIOUS PLACE ON THE CLUB PREMISES. 7

8 HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS BASIC PROVISIONS Members and their guests are expected to abide by all Rules and Regulations of the Club. Any member who conducts himself or herself in an unbecoming manner, or who shall knowingly violate any Club rule may be denied service by the Club or may have their membership suspended or terminated. Good order, proper attire, decorum and consideration of the rights and comforts of others must be observed at all times in all places on the Club premises. Members shall be accountable for all misuse and damage to any Club equipment, furniture and fixtures. GENERAL RULES 1. Appropriate dress is required on Club property. We reserve the right to deny service if attire is deemed inappropriate. Please respect our denim policy: Monday Dining Room Closed Tuesday Dress Denim allowed ALL DAY Wednesday Dress Denim allowed until 5:00 pm Thursday Dress Denim allowed ALL DAY Friday Dress Denim allowed until 5:00 pm Saturday & Sunday No Denim allowed 2. Members shall be able to use the Clubhouse during normal business hours as posted by the Club. 3. No outside food or beverage shall be permitted on the premises other than the food and beverage offered by the Club. Members and their guests in violation of this policy may be subject to a $25 Food & Beverage Fee per incident. 4. Children under 10 years of age, unaccompanied by their parents, nurses or attendees will not be allowed in the Clubhouse. 5. No notices, pictures, or other written material other than club bulletins shall be posted in the Clubhouse facilities or elsewhere on the property, unless approved by Management. 6. No subscriptions or contributions shall be solicited; no activities of outside photographers permitted; nor any article exhibited for sale, unless approved by Management. 7. Employees must not be interfered with or reprimanded by the members of the Club. 8. The Club shall not be responsible for the loss of property or for any other loss sustained by members or their guests while on Club premises. 9. Members shall not be permitted in the kitchen, golf bag storage room, cart storage room, cart storage area or swimming pool pump house. 10. No alcoholic beverages are to be brought onto Club property. No alcoholic beverage will be served to or consumed by persons under the legal drinking age. 11. No member of the Club shall be permitted to sell any merchandise of any kind on Club property. 12. Fishing or swimming in Club lakes is not permitted at anytime. 8

9 GOLF COURSE RULES & REGULATIONS GOLF COURSE 1. The golf course shall be open Monday afternoons and Tuesday Sunday of each week, unless otherwise closed by Management when deemed necessary. 2. Tuesday Mornings are Ladies only until 11:00 am in season. 3. Wednesday Mornings are Men only until 11:00 am in season. 4. Appropriate dress is required on the golf course and practice areas. Blue jeans, short shorts, cut-offs of any sort, halter tops, tank tops, tee shirts without collars, gym shorts and bathing suits are not acceptable attire. 5. The golf course shall not be used for any purpose other than golf (i.e., ball playing, pitching, skate boarding, jogging, bicycling, walking a dog, hitting practice balls and riding motorcycles or mopeds are prohibited). 6. Food and drinks in non-glass containers shall be permitted on the golf course. No littering on the golf course is permitted. All players shall dispose of their trash in the trash bins provided by the Club. 7. The Management has the responsibility of maintaining orderly play throughout the golf course and will also provide assistance and advise on general course conditions. Management has the authority to evict any person from the premises who displays unruly, offensive or disruptive conduct, or does not observe all the Rules and Regulations. 8. Destructive or detrimental activity to the course is prohibited. Tampering with course set-up, signage, markers, etc. is not allowed. 9. Family Dependents are not eligible to compete in Taberna sponsored golf events unless noted on the Tournament Registration Form. GOLF COURSE RULES 1. All players and guests shall register with the Golf Shop prior to playing. 2. All play shall commence at hole #1, unless otherwise specified by the golf professionals. 3. Weekend and Holiday tee times will be taken by telephone only between the hours of 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm on the Thursday prior. After 1:00 pm, tee times may be made in person or by telephone. Weekday tee times will be taken by telephone between the hours of 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm one week in advance. Tee times may be made in person or by telephone after 1:00 pm. 4. Walking is not allowed on weekends or holidays before 11:00 am unless approved by management. 5. The number of golfers playing together may not exceed four (4) unless otherwise approved by Management. 6. If a slow group fails to keep pace on the course and there is a clear opening ahead, they must allow the faster group to play through. 7. Practice shall be permitted on the practice facilities only. Practice on the golf course is strictly prohibited. Range balls are property of Taberna Country Club and must remain on practice facilities at all times. Use of personal practice balls is prohibited. 8. All Junior golfers (under the age of eighteen) must register with the golf professional and meet the specified criteria set forth to play without an adult. 9. Taberna Country Club is, without exception, an alternative-spike facility. Soft spikes, Turf Mates, Turf Mates Plus, and Ceramic spike alternatives are acceptable. The Golf Shop staff will be available to replace Guest's spikes for a nominal fee. 10. Players are required to conduct themselves in a professional manner and in conjunction with the USGA Rules of Etiquette at all times. 9

10 GOLF CART USAGE The Rules and Regulations below have been developed to preserve the beauty and playing conditions of our course. Cooperation of all golfing members in observing these guidelines is essential and appreciated. 1. Golf carts are limited to two (2) players and two (2) golf bags only. 2. Carts will not be permitted on the course when, in the opinion of the Management, their use would be detrimental to the course. This decision is final and includes those persons that may possess a handicap flag from time to time. 3. Power golf carts are available on a rental basis. 4. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must possess a valid NC DMV learners permit; otherwise they may ride only when accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of six (6) years of age are not permitted to ride in a cart at any time. 5. Carts must be parked on the path in those areas specifically marked for this purpose. 6. Please observe all roped off areas and cart directional signs. 7. Four (4) or fewer players playing together shall not use more than two (2) electric golf carts without special permission from the Management. 8. Members and guests operating a cart shall be responsible for any damages caused to or by the cart. All damages must be reported to the Golf Shop and an accident report must be filled out and signed by the renting party. 9. Members are charged with the duty of reporting any violation of the above rules. The failure of any member or guest to comply with these rules may result in revocation of privileges as deemed by Management. 10. Personal golf carts are permitted for use by members who reside in the Taberna community and those members grandfathered in. Golf carts must be approved by Taberna Country Club management and be equipped to standards set forth by management. Personal carts must be kept in a good state of repair and appearance. Any additions, modifications, or after market accessories must be approved by management prior to use at the club. Trail fees are mandatory for personal cart owners and can be found in the schedule of fees. Use of cart paths is restricted to golf only. Travel on cart paths between personal residence and Clubhouse is prohibited. 11. The use of golf carts is required on weekends & holidays until 11:00 am. SWIMMING POOL RULES & REGULATIONS SWIMMING POOL 1. Pool hours shall be posted in the pool area. Use is strictly limited to these hours. 2. Members and guests must sign in the Registration Log and register with the pool manager or lifeguard on duty prior to using the pool. 3. Members shall be responsible for all guest charges and for the conduct of their guest. Guest charges will be fixed by Management and listed in the Schedule of Fees. 4. Children under the age of twelve (12) are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult at all times. 5. No glass shall be allowed in or about the pool area. 6. No outside food or beverage shall be permitted on the premises other than the food and beverage offered by the Club. 11 TENNIS COURTS RULES & REGULATIONS TENNIS COURTS 1. Tennis attire sold through tennis and sports stores is acceptable anywhere within the tennis area, but does not include tank tops or cut-offs. Regulation shoes must be worn. 2. Members must sign in for all court usage at the gazebo before going out to the courts. Guests must be accompanied by sponsoring member and registered in the sign-in book located at the gazebo before play. The member sponsoring the guest will be charged the appropriated guest fee. 3. All sign up procedures and reservations are subject to the discretion of the Management and will be administered and enforced by Management. 4. All children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 5. Food and drink are not permitted on the tennis courts. However, food and drink are permitted around the perimeters of the tennis courts. 6. All tennis players shall abide by the Club's tennis rules as posted in a conspicuous location at the courts. 7. Members shall be responsible for all guest charges and for the conduct of their guests. Guest charges will be fixed by the Management listed in the Schedule of Fees. 8. After play, members & their guests are asked to sweep their courts & return brooms to middle courts.
