My name is Giles Meyer, General Manager of Easy Picker Golf. I am the gentlemen that received Sabrina Leunig s phone call sometime back. Sabrina, I believe was asked to call Easy Picker for you Steve, so I hope in some small way you now know, she did call and I was the one the dropped the ball. For that I am sorry and I hope you understand you didn t receive this information sooner because of me not her. Traveling is never a good excuse but it s the only one I have for not presenting this information and proposal to you sooner. Again, my apologies! Mark, I believe you spoke with Mr. Chris Foss the other night (11/11) regarding our new range-express software for range ball dispensers. I hope he answered many of your questions. From the Touchstone website I see you were with KemperSports Mgmt. for awhile and I m sure your aware Easy Picker Golf has done a lot of work for KemperSports management over the years. I hope we can make the Touchstone Golf Management staff as happy with our equipment and products as we do them. I thank you all for giving Easy Picker Golf Products, the opportunity to introduce, not only our new Range-Express Electronic Ball Dispenser Management System to all of your managed facilities but also all of the other items in our 2009/2010 Product Catalog. Range-Express is the latest innovation in electronic ball dispenser management. Easy Picker Golf has created three versions (Platinum, Gold and Silver) of the system to cater to your specific needs. Range-Express software will run on multiple computers in your pro-shop, while operating multiple dispensers. It is a wireless system, which eliminates running cables or wires from the pro shop to the dispenser(s).

2 Range-Express software allows you to be a fully computerized facility with an automated ball dispensing system that handles Member Cards, PIN Numbers, and will also allow optional credit and gift cards in addition to dollar bill acceptors if needed. This system features accurate, as well as versatile, real-time reporting that allows you to monitor your range use with ease. Easy Picker has its own tech support staff that will be at available 24/7 to help train your staff, answer any questions and help you with your range-express software that integrated with any POS system. If any problems should materialize, Easy Picker can have you up and running again sooner then any other range manufacturer in the business. In the following pages of this proposal, I would like to extend further discounts on items manufactured by Easy Picker Golf Products. When reviewing this proposal, remember, not all products in our catalog are manufactured by Easy Picker Golf and the same high discount cannot be extended on all products. At the end of this proposal I have listed out all your facilities and what each facility is presently using from Easy Picker Golf in the past, hopefully you will see we are already working with many of your facilities and makes your decsion easier. The following items will receive a 20 % discount off our everyday low price: - Range Ball Pickers 1 gang walker, 3 gang, 5 gang and 7 gangs. EX: 3 Gang Picker price $ 2, less 20% = $ 1, Available in 3 gang, nine foot wide, 5 gang, fifteen foot wide and the 7 gang twenty-one foot wide range ball pickers.

As we know, many Touchstone Golf facilities are now using our Easy Picker equipment the additional 10% obviously will continue to help the bottom line. These discounts include any range ball picker part, range ball washer parts, range ball dispenser parts, including dollar bill acceptors, tokens, just to mention a few.

5 The New Range Express system will carry a 15 % discount off the everyday low price. One of the many features this new wireless range ball management system gives the facility is the ability to sell single usage PIN numbers. Once the PIN number is sold, Range-Express will record the date and time of its use. Lost and/or stolen accounts can be immediately disabled and replaced with the exact amount available to that customer. The system will completely eliminate theft since it records all operations of the dispenser, whether they are prepaid on account, sold as a pin sale, cash or token sale. I recommend you only use tokens in an emergency and try and eliminate tokens completely when purchasing this type of ball management system. As I mentioned prior, some of the other advantages in going to a Platinum package is a corporate version that allows your customers to use their accounts at your other facilities, print batch pin # s for group or tournament play, reports, view & print up-to-date customer balances, set a % discount for each preferred customer account, replace and void out lost or stolen accounts with the current accounts balances..but the most important is selling Pre-Paid media cards / accounts, an opportunity to raise capital fast.. At the 2004 PGA Merchandise Show, Easy Picker introduced a new three layer constructed mat that is not constructed with any glue, eliminating delaminating!! Easy Picker uses a 3/4" foam base; pour a hot liquid urethane (1/8 ) on top, then rolls the 100 % - 1/2"nylon turf over the top of the urethane. The mat is Flame bonded and set aside to cool! This process ensures the most durable bond & softest feel you ve ever seen in a golf mat. Every mat comes with a one-year warranty from date of purchase. To this day Easy Picker has yet to have to warranty any driving range mats using this unique process. Easy Picker Golf sells one other mat and it s quite unique. It has an extremely realistic True to Turf feel imitating real grass. A wooden tee can be inserted into the mat just like real grass and can hit off the mat without experiencing the bounce or any resistance of a normal turf mat. Personally speaking, the best mat I have every hit off of.comes with a two year warranty as well, where all the rest come with a one-year warranty. 7 Each Range ball has a one-year warranty against cracking or breaking. All range balls are striped, and then clear-coated for long lasting protection. Range Balls are available in White with double black or red stripe. They are also available in Yellow with double black stripe if you prefer Yellow range balls. Just a reminder, range balls are now available in Floaters (6.25 less 20% = 5.00 per dozen plus shipping) and Limited Flight (the same price as the two-piece range balls mentioned above), if needed! Easy Picker does have another opportunity for you to save some money when it comes to range balls. Easy Picker has a recovered/refinished range ball program. These refinished balls are all Top Flight and Pinnacle 2 piece balls, not range balls. They have been refinished to pristine condition in a new golf ball factory here in the US. The outer painted cover has been striped and the balls are repainted and clear coated with a polyurethane finish to resemble new balls in appearance and durablility.
