MONTE REI Monte Rei was recently voted the number one golf course in Portugal and 9th best in Europe and it is easy to see why. This is only one of a few Jack Nicklaus Signature courses and the layout provides an unforgettable experience, this is truly a world class golf course. The bunkering is second to none and the abundance of water on the property has made for some both stunning and challenging holes. The level of service at the venue is exceptional and makes for a wonderful experience every time you are lucky enough to play Monte Rei.

8 ALGARVE PORTUGAL Neil Turley, Head ofgolf: The Algarve is known as the golfing destination in Europe and it does not disappoint. The Quinta estate is full of great courses. One not to be missed is the Royal Course with is challenging layout, great condition and nice terrace bar to enjoy a beer after the golf. Monte Rei, in my opinion, is by far the best course in Portugal. The spectacular layout combined with the 5 star service makes the whole experience really exclusive and unforgettable. It truly feels like millionaires golf!
