4 1.2P : ELIGIBILITY The 27 ème RALLYE TT GERS-ARMAGNAC is valid for : French Off-Road Championship Trophy Off-Road racing 4x4 Challenge 2 wheels drive Trophy of copilots Aquitaine Regional Committee Championship Aquitaine Regional Committee Marshals challenge 1.3P : INSPECTIONS The crews involved can check on the website confirmation of their commitment and the presentation schedule to scrutineering to be held on: - Administrative checks : 10 july 2015 from 4:30 to 7:30 PM at Sports Hall from EAUZE - Technical checks: 10 july 2015 from 4:45 to 7:45 PM at Sports Hall from EAUZE The final checks will be conducted : Garage RENAULT from EAUZE Hourly: 60 TTC 3.1P : Entry forms- Inscriptions ARTICLE 2P : INSURANCES ARTICLE 3P : COMPETITORS AND DRIVERS 3.1.5P : Each competitor wishing to entry the 27 th Rally National Off-Road GERS-ARMAGNAC will send the enclosed entry before 20 june 2015, midnight to : ASA Armagnac Bigorre BP n NOGARO - FRANCE The entry application (date of postmark) can be downloaded from the website of the Ecurie P : The number of participants is fixed to 100 vehicles maximum P : The entry fees are fixed: With the optional advertising of the organizers : 480 euros (400 for English drivers) Without the optional advertising of the organizers : 900 euros P : The entry application will be accepted only if it is accompanied by the amount of the order entry fee of "Echappements Elusates". 5 The technical assistance will be banned outside the sites provided for this purpose. Only the assistance vehicles (1 per team), the rally plaque will be affixed to the windshield and visible will be allowed into the parks 'Support'. Penalties if non-compliance: 30 seconds. ARTICLE 5P : PUBLICITY Compulsory and optional ads will be provided by an addendum to the present regulations. 6.1P : Description ARTICLE 6P : SITES and STRUCTURES The 27 ème RALLYE GERS-ARMAGNAC represents a distance of 301km. It is divided into two stages and six sections. It features 12 special stages with a total length of Km. Times may distances are provided for information only and may be subject to change due to any weather. In this case, only the distances indicated in the road book are taken into account. The breakdown of the route and the time controls, etc... stop point will be included in the time card and in the road book. Each team will receive (if regulations attached to the entry form) with the delivery of road-book, two stickers "recognition" and two bracelets he will wear for the duration of reconnaissance.
