B(LP 1-15) Eligible are horses being either Purebred Arabians, Shagya-Arabians, Arabians, Anglo-Arabians or Partbred Arabians having at least 12,5 % Arabian blood and being in possession of an originalpaper or equinepassport issued by an accepted breeding association. Purebred Arabians must be registered in a WAHO-accepted studbook. Shagya-Arabians must be registered with a breeding association accepted by ISG. If your horse is not registered within the German Arab Horse Society(VZAP), pleasesendusacopyofthepedigreetogetherwithyourentryform. The Rider must be a member of a riding club, that is accepted by Deutsche Reiterliche Vereinigung(FN). Prizemoneyandprizeswillbegivenoutattheshowofficeaftertheclass.Theymust becollectedbytheendoftheshowonsunday. Prizemoneyandprizeswillnotbegivenoutaftertheevent. 5. Thetestswillonlyberatedseparatelyifthereareatleast5participantspersection a) Purebred Arabians, Shagya-Arabians, Arabians and b) Anglo-Arabians, Partbred Arabians 6. Theorganizerreservestherighttocancelortopostponetheshoworanyclassincase of particular circumstances or to postpone show classes to the other show day. 7. A limited number of stables are available. Applications for stabling must accompany theentryandwillonlybeacceptedifthestablefee(60,00europerboxwithstraw) ispaidcashwiththeentryortransferredasabovementioned(seepoint1.). Boxes covered with wood shaving(90,00 Euro per box) need to be ordered separately. 8. A limited number of stands for caravans are available. Applications must accompany theentryandwillonlybeacceptedifthefee(50,00europerstand)ispaidcashwith the entry or transferred as above mentioned(see p. 1.). 9. The organizer rejects any liability for any damages to visitors, grooms and owners caused by slight negligence on the part of the organizer, his substitute, or assistants. The organizer also rejects any liability for damages or accidents to competitors, grooms, spectators, including their fittings. He is also not liable for possible theft. 10. Allhorsesmustbefreeofinfectiousdiseasesandshouldcomefromastablefreeof disease. They must be vaccinated against INFLUENZA. A vaccination against herpes is desirable. The equine/vaccination pass must be shown. In absence of an equine/vaccination pass, the official vet may inspect the horse at an extra charge. 8 Freiherr-von-Langen-Str Warendorf contact: department Jahresturnierlizenz Fax: GUEST LICENCE REGULATIONS FOR FOREIGN RIDERS, DRIVERS AND VAULTERS (OTHER THAN COMPETITORS LIVING ABROAD ) FOR THE PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL EVENTS IN GERMANY These documents are required and must be sent to the German NF: a) written permission from the competitor s home NF b) written permission from the organiser(s) of the event(s) concerned c) completed application form Restrictions a) maximum number of foreign competitors with a guest licence in national events: 15 in a CDN (dressage), CSN (jumping), CCN (eventing), CVN (vaulting) for individuals, CEN (endurance), CRN (reining) 8 in a CAN (driving) 2 in a CVN (vaulting) for teams b) maximum four nations to take part per event c) maximum period for which the guest licence will be granted: eight events per year Costs of a guest licence For each guest licence which is valid for up to four events, the fee amounts to 20,60. If you have a record of results in German events within the past years, you are classified according to these results; otherwise you can mark the choice of your performance class on the application form. Since all German riders also have ranking list points, a number of points that represents the average for that particular performance class is assigned to you. In case you have extended your initial guest licence from four to eight events, your performance class remains unchanged unless you have sent a written application for an upgrade and provided the results you achieved during the first four events justify that upgrade. 9 MEMO TO COMPETITORS LIVING ABROAD FOR THE PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL EVENTS IN GERMANY If you are a foreign rider, driver or vaulter and spend more than six months of a year in Germany, you can apply for a national competitor s licence. The German licence can be obtained right from the beginning of your stay in Germany. You need to be member of a German Riding/Driving/Vaulting Club that is affiliated to the NF, fill in the application form Erstantrag and attach a written permission from your home NF. For details on the German competitor s licence, see para 20 of the German rulebook LPO (= Leistungsprüfungsordnung). According to LPO para 63, all German riders, drivers and vaulters are assigned to a performance class on the basis of their record of results in their home country and/or abroad. Provided these results justify their classification, foreign competitors are exempted from having to pass the exam for the German riding or driving badge (see LPO para 20.2), otherwise the respective exam will have to be passed. For details about Vaulting, see the respective rules for application of para 20 in part D ( Durchführungsbestimmungen ) of the LPO.
