2 ANC Riding Competitions for Purebred Arabians, Shagya-Arabians and Arabians, Anglo-Arabians and Partbred Arabians (having at least 12,5 % Arabian blood) with international attendance and Nations Cup Aachen, 28 th - 30 th September 2018 Eligibility: I. Performance Event Kat. B (LP 1-17) Eligible are horses being either Purebred Arabians, Shagya-Arabians, Arabians, Anglo-Arabians or Partbred Arabians having at least 12,5 % Arabian blood and being in possession of an pedigree of an acknowledged national studbook. Purebred Arabians must be registered in a WAHO-accepted studbook. Shagya-Arabians must be registered with a breeding association accepted by ISG. By closing date of entries the pedigree of all horses has to be sent to the main office of the VZAP: info@vzap.org. If documents are missing, no start will be possible!!! Athletes from Germany must be a member of a German riding club affiliated to the German NF and must hold a German riding licence. Athletes from foreign countries must present a valid guest licence from the German NF - Deutsche Reiterliche Vereinigung (FN) (Freiherr-von-Langen-Str. 13, DE Warendorf, Tel.: 0049-(0) ) together with the entry by closing time of declarations. Classes will be held according to the special rules of the state commission for equine performance testing and as described in the exercise book according to the performance testing rules (LPO) of the German National Equestrian Federation (FN) 2. Doping rules: Competitors should take particular notice of the relevant rules as published in the LPO - 67 and of the FEI list of forbidden substances. It is advised that each entry is subject to the relevant implementing regulations.

4 Special conditions: 1. Entry fees must be transferred to the following account: Sparkasse Hannover, P.O. Box , D Hannover SWIFT: SPKHDE2HXXX, IBAN No.: DE LK-fee to the amount of 1,20 per reserved starting place is included in the entry fee. 3. The competitors must declare their intention to start at the latest 2 hour before the beginning of the competition. 4. The dressage tests 1-5, 7 and 8 may be read aloud by somebody brought along by the athlete. The organizer does not make any readers available. 5. Prize money and prizes of honour will be handed out after the last competition of the respective athlete in the show office. 6. If enough entries (at least 5 participants) the competitions will be divided acc. to the German Show Rules (LPO) as follows: a) Purebred Arabians, Shagya-Arabians, Arabians b) Anglo-Arabians, Partbred Arabians 7. There will only be a limited number of stables available. Boxes have to be ordered together with the entry. For stables a fee of 70,00 per box (including 1st bedding straw) will be levied. Boxes with shavings have to be ordered separately ( 100,00/ea.). 8. There will be a limited number of parking sites for caravans. Parking sites have to be ordered with the entry. For parking sites a fee of 50,00 per site will be levied. 9. The organizer any liability for damages, which may exceed the "Sporthilfe" (Sport Aid Foundation) 10. All horses must be free from contagious disease and must come from a stable which is free of contagious disease. Acc. to the German Show Rules (LPO) they must be effectively vaccinated against influenza. A vaccination against herpes is desirable. The horse passport/vaccination certificate has to be presented. The passport must be presented. In case of missing the passport with the necessary vaccinations, the horse is not allowed to enter the venue. 11. Dispensation from as well as and German Show Rules (LPO), since it is a sole Arabian event. 12. All horses must have liability insurance. 13. The combined test PALTRA-TROPHY is announced with a total amount of 300,00 EUR. The judged tests have to be filled by the same participant with the same horse. In case of a tie the better score of test 7 will decide upon the winner. In case of equality of points the athlete with the higher number of points in competition 5 will be the winner. Should there still be equality of points, the athletes will be placed equal. Each participant may collect points for his respective country by reaching a good place. At the end the country with the most points will be placed first within the nations scoring!
