2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Each buyer must be properly registered and have a buyer s number. 2. The Bids The auctioneer will settle any dispute as to bids. His decision is final. 3. Payment Cash or check the day of the sale make payable to Rancher s Horse Sale. 4. Title Title and risk of loss passes to the buyer when the auctioneer says sold. 5. Condition All horses sell as is. It is the responsibility of the buyers to examine the horses prior to purchasing. Any information printed or announced is intended to be used as a guide and is in no way guaranteed to be accurate. Please examine the horses carefully. 6. Sifting The horse sale committee has the right to sift a horse any time prior to the horse selling. 7. Health Test All horses have tested negative for Coggins and health papers for interstate shipment will be available. 8. Joe has been riding him the last year and is just going into the bridle. He is just a good using ranch horse that we have enjoyed having her on the ranch. Weight: 1250 Height: 15.3

4 # 2 GUNNER Owner: Alvin Young GRADE BAY 2012 GELDING Horses consigned Gunner is a nice using horse. I have doctored alone on him. He will really track a calf. He is cowy enough to enjoy sorting cattle. This horse has been a joy to own. Weight: 1100 Height: 15.2

He is a solid minded gelding that can remain calm under pressure. Banjo is responsive and light and yet not overly anxious or worried. He has been used in all phases of ranch work, including: gathering, sorting, branding, calving, corral work, and doctoring. He does have a small scar over his left knee. Weight: 1000 Height: 15

He is not the best in the gate but willing. We purchased him two years ago for the kids and for us to use on the forest permit. We have lots of young ones ready to go now and don t need him as much anymore. He is easy to catch, shoe, etc. Up to date with all shots. Weight: 1375 Height: 15.3

He took him back to Wyoming with him and utilized him on the UW Ranch Horse Team. He is useful and kindhearted but sometimes pays too much attention to his surroundings. Good to catch and shoe. Great to rope on, strong on the rope. Watches a cow, good to sort on. Several different people have ridden him and got along great with. Really broke, in the bridle. Can be a little lazy on a long day. Weight: 1050 Height: 15

Good to shoe, not cinchy, done everything on the ranch. Quiet as they come with some life when you ask for it. Has an old scar on back left fetlock. Sound. Weight: 1100 Height: 15.1

Anderson AQHA BAY 2010 GELDING JUST PLAIN STARLIGHT TAMALIGHT KT COPPER COLONEL WRIGHT ON SUGARINIC KT COPPER QUEEN CLEO DOCS SIZZLE BAR COPPER ROBIN QUEEN Horses consigned Water Boy is an 8-year-old gelding that would make a great horse for a family ranch. He s been ridden by all our kids and myself as well. Good to rope on, runs hard to cattle and is extremely strong on a rope. We've We ve tied off on him, and roped lots of of horses and cattle. He s a big, stout, horse that is cowy, honest, and wears a #2 shoe. He has no buck and no bad habits. He is a high energy horse that can be in a little impatient when he s fresh. Scar on left shoulder. Weight: 1350 Height: 15.3

Some of the classes include: reigning, cutting, team roping, branding and pasture doctoring. I have also used him picking up bucking horses and started lots of colts on him. He slightly toes out in the front feet and has a cut on a front foot, but have not had any problems. Weight: 1200 Height: 15

We have doctored outside on him and is a lot of fun to brand on. Good to catch and shoe. When he is fresh he will spook at things. Weight: 1200 Height: 15.2

Push button horse in the branding pen, solid heeling and breakaway also started tie down calf roping. He is half billy goat on a mountain side, you can go anywhere and over any obstacles. This horse would fit most any program, whether you re a green horn or a professional, may also be good for kids. Weight: 1000 Height: 14.3

Has been used for all sorts of ranch work and is one of our go to horses. Never offered to buck, great to catch and shoe. Weight: 1200 Height: 15.2

Been branded on, roped cattle outside, and halter broke weanlings on him. Watches cattle well and has a good stop. Very kind and easy to catch and shoe. Weight: 900 Height: 15.1

18 # 16 STARLIGHT DUKE (Duke) Owner: Nathan Young AQHA BUCKSKIN 2009 GELDING RIO STARLIGHT GRAYS STARLIGHT STARLIGHT DUKE SMOKIN KITTY RIO ANGOLENA NIRVANACHEX LENAS SONNY BOY TINA O DEE Horses consigned Duke is one of the good ones. I don t give many horses that credit. He is my go to horse, he is great to brand on or doctor calves on. He will watch a cow. Everyone on the ranch can ride him, you can lay off him then catch him and not have problems. He is good to catch and shoe. A good all-around ranch horse. Weight: 1250 Height: 15.1

19 # 17 DUCK Owner: Neil Sevy GRADE SORREL 2010 GELDING Horses consigned Duck is easy to catch and has doctored outside and is fun to sort on. Will watch a cow. He will get tight if he is laid off for a couple months, but he should work good for most everybody. Weight: 1300 Height: 15.2

You can lay him off and he is always the same when you catch him. Just a very kind little horse. Weight: 1050 Height: 14.3

She has been used doctoring, sorting, branding and gathering big country. She has also been in the arena heading and heeling. She has a lot of go and a big motor. Probably not for a novice rider. 22 # 20 RED Owner: Bill Gale GRADE SORREL 2010 GELDING Horses consigned Red grade gelding, he is sound, easy to be around, used in the feedlot, very willing, big heart, good horse and will get the job done. Rope or ride, check him out. He has a small old scar on his left hind leg, and a minor blemish on the right hip. Weight: 1200 Height: 15.1

She was a quick learner and moved outside. She has been used on the desert calving, branded on, and heeled on outside. Most of her time has been in Canyon Cattle Feeders riding pens, sorting and loading trucks. She is a half-sister to the high seller in Weight: 1100 Height: 15

That is why he is just coming into the two reigns. He is still a little green with some of the chores around the ranch. I believe in a short amount of time he will make a top bridle horse. He has a nice demeaner, wants to be caught, and is good to shoe. This colt really wants to watch a cow and is fun to brand on. He has a scar on chest. Weight: 900 Height: 14.2

He is not the type you want to ride all day moving cows. He is great to brand calves on and for kids to ride. He is very kind and easy to catch and shoe.
