(Separate Form for each event is to be filled in if applicant is shooting in more than one event. This form is to be sent along with the application.) I, hereby undertake that the empties of the ammunition imported under this import shall be deposited with National Rifle Association of India, immediately after its consumption. That the weapon as stated above so imported will not be disposed off, sold or transferred to any persons /association without prior permission from NRAI.
