In line with this, the Department f Educatin is required t reprt its accmplishment in implementing DRRM/ schl safety t the Natinal DRRM Cuncil (NDRRMC) as a member f the said cuncil, and in accrdance t RA (Philippine DRRM Act f 2010) which reflects the cuntry s cmmitment t the SFDRR. 3. The schl level Cmprehensive Schl Safety Mnitring Tl aims t: a. establish the baseline with respect t the implementatin f the 3 pillars f Dep Ed's Cmprehensive DRRM in Educatin (DO 37, s.2015); b. set the schl DRRM targets fr 3 years, based n the baseline; c. track the annual prgress f the schl with respect t its targets. 4. This is primarily fr the use f the Schl DRRM Team whse member are expected t facilitate the cmpletin f the mnitring tl. 5. Attached in this memrandum are the fllwing dcuments; a. Pillar 1: Safe Learning Facilities b. Pillar 2: Disaster Risk Management c. Pillar 3: Risk Reductin and Resilience Educatin 6. The Head f the SDRRM Team shall submit the cmpleted frms with the signature f the Schl Head t the District DRRM Crdinatr. The 1st clumn indicates the particular Actin in the SFDRR that are related t the Targets f the glbal CSSF in the 2nd clumn. The 3rd clumn indicates DepEd s Cmprehensive Schl Safety indicatrs at the schl level that are related t clumns 1 and 2. The schl level DepEd indicatrs are based n the Department's Disaster Risk Reductin and Management (DRRM) plicies and the Schl DRRM Manual (SDRRM). The 4th clumn sets the baseline f the schl with respect t DepEd s indicatrs in the 3rd clumn. Supprting evidences, such as dcuments, shuld be prvided by the Schl DRRM Team t the Divisin DRRM Crdinatr. The 5th clumn sets the targets/plans f the schl based n its baseline. The remaining clumns will be accmplished by the schl n an annual basis t indicate prgress against the targets set fr 3 years.
