2 Hospitality offered to foreign countries The organisation will take in charge free accommodation only for 1 coach + 1 organisation manager (for each country), in details: Accommodation: 2 nights (in 19 th of April out 21 st of April) in double/triple room Meals offered: 19 th of April (dinner at about 8 p.m.) 20 th of April (breakfast, Sayonara Party) 21 st of April (breakfast) Offered to each foreign team: Transfer from/to TURIN AIRPORT (Caselle) Light lunch of the 20 th of April Competition fee is free only for kumite team (5+1) Attention - NOT INCLUDED: Training session held by Shihan M. Miura for brown and black belts, which will take place on Saturday morning from 10,00 to 12,00 (fee: 17,00). Competition fee for individual kata and kumite and team kata. Accommodation, dinner of the 19 th of April and Sayonara Party. 2

REGISTRATION In order to confirm your participation to the event, you have to fill in the attached forms and send them by to the following address: by the 20 th of March The rooms available are limited. For this reason hotel reservation is compulsory by the above mentioned term. Hotel reservations received beyond the 20 th of March will be based on availability. Accepted payment methods for competition fees, training session, accommodation and dinners: Bank transfer: as soon as the organisation will receive the registration and reservation forms, will confirm you the total amount due and send all the bank references to make the payment. A copy of the bank receipt with the registration and reservation forms, properly filled in, have to be presented at the registration desk the 19 th or the 20 th of April. Cash: the cash payment can be done by each team manager directly to the registration desk the 20 th of April. It is necessary to present all the registration and reservation forms, properly filled in.
