In case of injury bandage will be allowed with the stamp of competition s doctor. 6 Page6 Awards: Trophies, medals and diploma will be offered by sponsors to first place, medals and diploma will be offered by sponsors for second and third places. NOTE: All team leaders are kindly asked to have one referee who s going to attend to the refresher course, prior the competition. Official Program 4th November :00 arrival of foreign teams :30 referee course /meeting, discussions, announcing the referee teams per each weight/age category. - 10:00-21 registration, medical checking, weighting, paying entry fees -21:30-23:00 dinners with all team leaders/referees. 5th November :30 Hall opening - 08:00-08:30 referee meeting - 09:00 Kata European Tournament (3 tatamies) - 11:00 Official opening ceremony - 12:00 Kumite Euroean Tournament (3 tatamies) - 17:00 - Kyokushin Karate demonstrations - 17:30 Semifinals inals -20:00 Award Ceremony -22:00- Sayonara Party- Entries: - Entry fee: 25 Euros per participant, paid at the registration on 4th November 2016 (if one competitor will compete at two divisions ( kata+kumite) he/she will pay 35 Euros. - Sayonara party: 15 euros per participant including Serbian traditional food and music, in a very nice location. - Entry fee for visitors: can be purchased at sport hall on the day of event: 5 Eur, free admission under age of 7.

7 Page7 Travel Costs: At own Expense Accommodation Costs: Accommodation and Catering of the predefined number of Referees and Judges will be handled by the organisers. The accommodation costs for competitors, coaches and spectators will be defined later. All related arrangements can be enquired from the organisers of the event.
