5 National team culture and expectation Please beware of the following 2 documents: 1. Participation for the Danish Swimming Federation national teams applies to team culture, "One team, One goal". All people involved in national team work is expected to meet the team culture content. 2. Principles and conditions for Danish club coach s selection and participation in international sporting activities organized by the Danish Swimming Federation s Sports Department. 6 Meetings Coaches network meetings are planned to be held on the following dates: October 3 rd 2018 at Funen January 10 th 2019 in Aarhus April 27 st 2019 in Brøndby (part of Områdemøde 2019) Partnership club network meetings are planned to be held on the following dates: October 27 th 2018 March 23 rd 2019 Invitation with more information on content and place will be sent out 3-4 weeks in advance. Please remember to put these dates in your calendar.

10 Changes in junior national team program The following changes will be implemented in the national team program from season 2018/2019: Nordic junior short course time standards to be tightened by (another) 0,5 percent World junior long course is a part of the program only the two oldest ages can qualify International competition in autumn to be replaced by an biomechanical event camp.

12 Participation fee on Junior national team activities There will be a partition fee pr. swimmer on selected activities on the Junior national team. The participation fee will be announced in the selection criteria. 13 National events The following changes will be implemented to the national events from season 2018/2019: From September 1 st 2018 age group and kids group will be changed so swimmers are only age group swimmers in 2 years. New event for kids group (first time in April 2019) with medley combination concept. New concept for Team Championships from Age group team event in September to be introduced in September All information on national events to be updated before the summer break including descriptions and demands on facilities for national events and new application procedure.
