The Past President s Meeting for the year 2017 was held on September 1, 2017 at Mr. Ching Restaurant, Baguio Palace Hotel. The event was held as a socialization dinner with the current Board of Officers of the chapter which also held their monthly board meeting. An exchange of wisdom and knowledge was done between the wise old past presidents and the young officers as well as exchange of stories between them. 3 Activity No. 2: September GMM of UAP-BCC The UAP-Baguio City Chapter s General Membership Meeting (GMM) for the month of September was held on Sept 16, 2017 at El Cielito Inn. The agenda of the GMM included a product presentation of one of our generous sponsors, BUILDRITE, a talk on the Building Permit Application which was given by Engr. Banez, the current Building Official and head of the CBAO (City Buildings and Architecture Office) Baguio, and an Echo on the proposed retrofitting of the Baguio Convention Center which was attended by some of the UAP-BCC members and officers as well. For the 3 rd consecutive month, the monthly GMM was attended by more than 60 participants which is a large amount of attendees, thanks to the active participation of the new members as well as the regular members. The next GMM of the UAP Baguio City Chapter is set to happen on the 16 th of October FULL HOUSE. For the 3 rd consecutive month, the UAP-BCC General Membership Meeting is jam packed with attendees thanks to the active participation of our new members and the active members as well.

Bañez speaks about Building Permit Application s requirements, procedures and questions on Baguio City. Activity No. 3: UAP-Baguio City Chapter supports UAP-SA Sportsfest. The UAP BCC Officers attend the opening of the UAP-SA Sports fest which was held during the 1 st of October The Sports fest opened with an exhibition basketball game between Saint Louis University Architecture Department and University of Baguio Architecture Department followed by series of basketball games and volleyball games between different teams. The event was held at Saint Louis Laboratory High School at Navy Base, Baguio City. JUMPBALL. UAP-BCC President Ar. Geromina S. 6 Activity No. 4: NOSTALGIA : World Architecture Day Joint Activity with UAP-Summer Capital and UAP Cordillera Chapter. The 3 UAP Chapters, UAP - Baguio City Chapter, UAP Summer Capital and UAP Cordillera Chapter walked early in the morning of October 2, 2017 at the Burnham Park Rose Garden in a memorial to Ar. Daniel Burnham who designed the City of Baguio s master plan. It was followed by a tribute walk and breakfast at Venus Hotel.
